'Run! Run and don't look back!' thought the girl with long black hair. She didn't know what was happening but the only thing in her mind was she had to run away from something or someone. She coughed and took in deep shaky breaths, her sides started to hurt from running in this dark only city. She heard it, footsteps coming from behind her. She ran faster even though her body ached and told her that she needed to rest. She stopped when she heard a soft cry behind her, she knew that person from anywhere. She turned a sharp right toward the soft crying, she saw him. She sighed in relief and went on her knee's when she was close enough to him and hugged him. He cried in her shoulder, and held onto her for his dear life.

"Hey, it's okay. shush it's fine, I'm here now." The girl said smiling then footsteps started to get closer, she quickly got up and pulled the boy with her. They both started to run away from the frightening thing or person who was chasing them. The next thing she knew, she been running by herself for sometime now and she stopped in alarm. She looked around then he was there, he was laying on the floor with dark red liquid spreading around his emotionless body. She ran toward him, tears rolling down her face and she let out a horrible screech-

Jane woke in sweat and her heart racing like she ran laps around the mansion. She sat up quickly, her body ached and she was out of breath. Jane got out of bed, standing up straight but one of her legs buckled under her weight and a shot of pain went up her spine. She limped with her good one leg to the bathroom and splashed her face with cold water. Jane sighed, her face was pale and she was still shaken from her nightmare. She had dreamt of her brother again, she tried to safe him! She was so close in safing him but the god damn roof fell and blocked her only entrance that she could able to reach her brother. She changed into a black hood and blue jeans. She grabbed her knife that was on her night stand, she limped out of the mansion and headed toward the human world. Whenever she had nightmares, it made her feel better when she went out and killed some stupid humans. Jane was lost in her own thoughts that she didn't noticed that someone was following her in the shadows.
