A Glimpes of Truth (Part 2)

I know for those of you that have read celestial knight ( btw it's a really good book) it seems that I'm copying some ideas. I'm not. Well maybe I am. It's just my brain giving me these weird ideas. I'm trying to make it less like it ok? Please be patient with me! And do tell me if you think the chapters are too long. I tend to write too much...

Calvin

She is one unique human, I think as I leave her room. She actually made me irritated. How was that possible? No one ever has made me feel such strong emotions. I usually ignore people when they call me names.

Why did I feel so disturbed then when she called me a pig? She's breaking down the wall I've worked so hard to put up.

A wall that hides my emotions.

I know she is no ordinary human. Jackson wouldn't die of that reason. She is the only kind of Omni Time that has 4 different types of blood in her body - werewolf, angel, Omni Time and human.

I am half werewolf. I rank number 2 at first but am now first in the Circle after Jackson's death. He was more than a friend. He was a brother. I will make sure to torture the next demon that comes my way.

I will avenge him.

I head back to the council meeting room. There is a heated argument between Lord Kai and Trinity.

"I refuse to step down!!" Trinity looks like she's going to explode.

I quietly go to my seat and lean towards Brandon. "What's going on?"

"Olivia killed a demon. According to the rules of the Circle, that's more than Trinity's ever done. Trinity has to step down."

Ah, no wonder. Trinity was the only one in the circle that never fought a demon before. She only ranked 3 in the Circle because of her academic results.

"Trinity my dear, the rules are the rules. You chose to accept them when you joined the Circle. There's nothing I can do. Sorry."

Trinity finally accepts the truth and angrily sits down with a frown in her face. Bellatrix tries to comfort her and talks to her softly. Typical kind Bellatrix.

"Let's discuss about Olivia." Natasha begins. She is a warrior and also the king's granddaughter. Pretty bit deadly. We used to have a relationship but ended it when I found put she actually liked Jackson. Hey, love hurts.

"She is definitely unique. A 4 mixed half blood. Never happened before." Lord Kai says to everyone. "No one knows where she got Omni Time blood from. I'm guessing it's from her father. Angel and werewolf blood were most personally from her desendents. Human blood is from her mother."

"She's human and Omni time? That's not possible. Doesn't our blood burn theirs? She should be dead." Bellatrix looks at Lord Kai. "Are you sure it's wise to put a half tainted human in the Circle? Think about it, a half human ranking 3rd in the Circle? It's ridiculous. Trinity is smart, she's good at strategy. I don't care if the girl has 4 mixed blood in her, if she doesn't even know how to fight. Screw the rules, Trinity would do much better than her!"

The council is silent at this comment. Trinity looks at her friend gratefully.

"She just came here. Give her time to learn. It's not fair to come up with this decision so fast. Trinity shall step down for the time being. If Olivia proves herself unworthy, I will gladly pass the position back to Trinity. I vote to give Olivia a chance."

I'm supprised that those words came out from my mouth. Why am I defending a girl that I barely know? Adding the fact that she hates me.

Many people of the Council agree with me and the meeting ended with Trinity glaring at me. I hope she doesn't have any hard feelings against me. But with this constant glaring, I think she hates me now.

Lord Kai approaches me outside my room.

"Please step aside "Lord" Kai. I am dead tired."

"Are you available to wake Olivia up and give her a tour around the school tomorrow?"

"Why must I do it? Can't Bellatrix do it instead?"

"Bellatrix might kill her. You know how loyal a friend she was to Trinity. Give her some time to adjust with the situation. So, no excuses! Can you wake Olivia tomorrow and give her a tour?"

"No way. That girl hates me!"

Lord Kai walks away and shouts "It wasn't a question!"

I sigh and go into my room.

Olivia

I was having such good sleep until bang, bang, bang!

"Who dares to interrupt my beauty sleep! I shall skin him alive!" I say in my sleep.

I bolt up, realising that I've said it out loud. I hope it isn't anyone important.

Bang, bang, bang!

Gosh, this guy's impatient. Suddenly, the door opens and a guy walks in . It's...

Calvin

He looks at me, eyes wide open. Then I realize that I went to bed wearing only my bra and panties.

"Ahhhhh!!!"

I grab the blanket to cover myself and my checks turn rose red. I can't belive he just saw that. How embarrassing.

"Have you ever heard a such thing called privacy?!" I scream at him.

"Have you ever heard the sound of someone knocking before? I knocked and knocked for about 10 minutes! You didn't come out so I..."

"Decided to come and see me half naked. Thanks a lot." I sarcastically smile.

"How would I know human girls like to go to bed half naked?! Nobody does that here!" He argues back.

My cheeks are still blazing red from the incident. He looks away and says "Start putting on some clothes. You are not to mention this incident to anyone."

I put my clothes on and tap his shoulder. Then we go out of my room. He walks terribly fast and I try to catch up.

"Wait!"

I grab his hand and feel electric go through my arm. I see Calvin also feeling weird. My head suddenly hurts and one word comes to my brain over and over again.
