Mystery of water

PART 9

The cart was moving from the palace towards the drinking water shop...
Mark and his friends stopped  them... The whole crowd gathered there....
Everyone was present to know what had actually happened.....
The people were very excited to know what was happening...

The barallel were opened ...
Out came 3 friends of Mark from 3 barallel...
People were shocked... What was that ????

One day ago..
Mark and his friends along with the two guards reached to the sea... They asked the guards for floating out of the village...
The guards according to the orders of the king..

The group was sad..
They raised their problems towards the guards they told them the drinking water is charged which should not be charged and hence in order they need to go outside the village to know about what had happened...
The guards were outsiders... They didn't knew this...
Knowing this they felt sad...
The guards allowed them to float outwards..

They entered another village they started walking towards the gate that connected the village with this new village....
What they saw made them sure about the wrong call of water... The barallels were kept there just beside the gate the group decided to come back in barallel and rest by the same way...

Present Day....

Mark said "See there is no water in the barallels the barallels remains empty everyday ...
They just show us those barallels in order to make us know that they are buying water from outside... But infact it is not soo... They are just showing and not really buying"...

"Then where does the water comes from ??"
A person from the crowd asked....

The guard said "It is the sea water... And and it's  purification is being carried out at midnight so that no one gets it"....

Everyone from the crowd was angry on the king...
But firstly they appreciated Mark and his friends for this extraordinary work...
Later on they decided to take the issue and talk to the king...
All of them marched towards palace but the guards of the palace stopped them....
"Where are you all going ?" Asked one of the guard..

The other guard from the crowd who was helping them came ahead and said "let them go to the King they have certain problems"

As the guard said this the guards of palace allowed them to go inside the palace....

They waited for the King to arrive..
Finally 20 minutes later the king arrived....
The crowd kept their point towards the king...

The king was shocked... He was blank after he came to know that the scam which was done by him was now exposed....
The king thought of certain other thing and said "The water was charged before for buying from outside but now it is charged for the cost it requires for purifying...."

25 years later...

The drinking water is available free in the village...
Mark is telling this story to his children....
And then one of the child asked "If water was charged at that time for purification then how did the water became free ?"
