Min Yoongi was a hunter. He hunted monsters ranging from shape shifters to ghosts to weird ass shit like fairies or invisible friends ( don't ever ask him about that job....it was weird ). Sure he would cross paths with a demon here and there and either cut it up with his special symbol incrested knife or send it back to hell where the king is trying his best to stay sober and keep his hell hounds in check. But usually demons keep off to the side rails making deals with unknowing humans or slinking around like snakes, beating around the bush y'know? There are many hunters in the world. These people are the only people who know about monsters and demons and, you could say, supernatural shit. Other humans are clueless and only find out about monsters if they are saved by a hunter and the said hunter has no choice but to explain their job. (it's a real kick in the stomach when you have to explain and all your emotions and the irrevocable past are itching to break free.) Hunters are still humans like anyone else...they were just born into the life. They have to deal with it, because being a hunter is hard and you can't always save everyone. Hunters are always on the road, using fake credit cards and fake FBI badges, because doing what they do ends up in 0% money and 0% life. It's sad, but knowing you're saving people from the things that linger in the dark lifts your spirits...a little.
Min Yoongi was a very well known hunter. Other hunters say he was the best. The most agile, careful, fearless, and good at wooing people into doing what he wants them to do. Yoongi didn't put it past him...He was the best.

"Morning Yoongi," exclaimed the bar tender, aka owner, of the small roadhouse cafe made just for wandering hunters, "the usual?"
"You bet," he slapped a crumpled five dollar bill in front of Kim Seokjin, his rather pale face expressionless; although, thanks to the glory of the suns existence, he's not pale enough to be classified as vampire-ish.
Seokjin took the bill and shoved it into his homemade stainless steel cash register and turned around to get Yoongi a beer. Jin was a great guy. Always super nice to people, even to the ones who are mean to him--yet he of course gets these people back later by pulling little offhand pranks on them. He'd run this little cafe by himself ever since his parents died trying to hunt down a wendigo (horrible creatures, those things). He's also openly gay, and always a little surprised when the occasional hunter hits on him. Seokjin does admit that his looks are flawless though, always causing Yoongi to release his infamous eye roll.
Seokjin handed Yoongi his drink and smiled at the younger man, "So, what are you hunting this time around?"
Yoongi shrugged and sipped at his bitter drink, "I'm not actually hunting anything at the moment. Thought I would take a break... "
Seokjins face softened and he leaned his elbows on the counter, "This is about Jungkook isn't it?"
Yoongi placed both hands around his cup and stared intently down at the bubbling amber liquid. Jungkook is Yoongis little brother, and about a week ago the kid decided to leave Yoongi and be a hunter on his own (youth these days.) It hurt Yoongi more than he thought it would, due to the fact that Jungkook and Yoongi had been together since the beginning. Jungkook was Yoongis only family and the kid had to go and leave him because he wanted to be mature and hunt on his own!? He was going to get himself killed and then what would yoongi have? A truck load of badass weaponry, money for beer, and an aqcuired taste for rock music? The mint haired boy gripped his glass tighter and Seokjin had to take the drink away for fear of Yoongi breaking it.
"You guys keep in touch, right" Seokjin asked, absentmindedly using a small white towel to continuously clean the same spot on the counter while staring at Yoongi sympathetically.
