(Vernon's pov)
Sofia and I were walking towards the school, normally we wouldn't walk together but today one of my teachers called in sick so we got a free period.

''Can you at least tell me who the girls are?'' She asked me for the fourth time. I sighed. ''I'm pretty sure you can figure that out on your own.'' I replied stopping at the school gates. I ruffled her hair.

''Good luck Soph, focus on your schoolwork okay?'' I softly said to her with a smile on my face and she nodded. ''Same to you.'' She said and walked off. I sighed softly to myself before I turned around and left.
-timeskip to when Hansol arrives at school-
I quietly walked into the school building, going straight to the cafeteria, sitting down at an empty table once I entered the almost empty room.

I immediately grabbed my phone checking how much time I have left before my lesson stops. '45 minutes left?!' My eyes slightly widened as I saw the time. I sighed softly before opening the message app. 'Let's see if Seungkwan's awake..'

*text*
Hansol: Hey babe
Hansol: Are you awake?

Baby Boy: Surprisingly yes
Baby Boy: Why are you awake? We had a free period

Hansol: Walked Sofia to school and then went to our school
Hansol: Thought I took longer than I actually did because now I have 45 minutes left to just sit here..

Baby Boy: Do you want me to join you for those 45 minutes?

Hansol: Only if you want

Baby Boy: I'll be there :)

*story*
I smiled lightly at my phone before turning it off, placing it on the table waiting for Seungkwan to arrive.
*a few minutes later*
"Hey, babe.." Seungkwan whispered as he hugged me from behind. "Hey." I whispered back as I smiled in content. He released me after I replied and sat down next to me immediately leaning into me.

"How's Sofia doing?" He softly asked me after a few seconds. "From what I can notice and what she tells me, she's doing great." I said pausing to wrap my arm around his waist. "She also is probably getting a little crush on someone, even though she says she isn't." I continued chuckling slightly. "Really?.. That's cute." He replied chuckling as well. "You're also cute." I said, chuckling when he hid his face with his hands. "Why~?" He asked, his voice slightly muffled by his hands. I shrugged in reply as I pulled him closer to me.

"Ahw~ you guys are so cute!" We hear someone say from behind us. "And the rest arrives.." I heard Seungkwan mumbled as he scooted away slightly. And the person who complimented us sat down next to me. "Hi, Soonyoung." I said monotone as I looked over at him. "Hey." He replied smiling.

Not too long after Soonyoung arrived the cafeteria started being filled by the people who also had a free period. I sighed softly before letting go of Seungkwan. "I'm going to head to class okay? See you later babe." I said softly kissing Seungkwan's cheek.

'I think I just heard a camera snap.. Goddamn, it Soonyoung.' I mentally rolled my eyes as I left walking towards my class.
-timeskip to lunch-
Right after I sat down I got a text from Sofia.

Lil' sis: School ended earlier than we expected
Lil' sis: Something happened, don't know what though
Lil' sis: I'm walking home now btw

Hansol: Be safe, I'll see if I can find out what happened

Lil' sis: Of course, you too
Lil' sis: Oh and I managed to snap a picture of who I think it is

Hansol: What are you?
Hansol: A stalker?

Lil' sis: Shush
Lil' sis: -insert picture of Mamamoo- Is this them?

Hansol: Omg
Hansol: Did they not notice you take a picture???
Hansol: Nvm they did, Seungcheol told me

Lil' sis: So I was right
Lil' sis: Nice
Lil' sis: I'm home now, see you at home

Hansol: Don't forget to lock the door

Lil' sis: Just locked it

"Who was texting you?" Seungkwan asked me tilting his head slightly. ''Sofia, school ended early because something happened.'' I answered showing him the screen letting him read what we texted. ''How are you planning to figure out what happened?'' He asked. ''Via those girls or another way, I'll see which one works out.'' I replied.
-timeskip to after school-

*text (a/n: again)*
Hansol: Seungcheol
Hansol: Tell the girls to meet me

Dad: Why?

Hansol: I wanna ask something

Dad: Sure..
-2 minutes later-
Dad: They're still at Soph's school

Hansol: Thank you~

*Story*
''Soph! I'm going out, I'll be back!'' I yelled out to Sophia leaving a small note on the wall of the living room to be sure. I quickly walked out the house and walked towards Sofia's school.

''Hey, Hansol right?'' One of the four girls asked me once I arrived. I nodded in reply. ''What did you want to ask us?'' She asked. ''What happened? Sofia told me that they suddenly had to go home, that never happens..'' I replied and the girls all shared a look. ''Uh.. Nothing really..'' This time another answered.

''Whatever's on your hands isn't agreeing with you.'' I replied and she immediately hid her hands. ''Look- Uh.. we-we gotta go..'' She said walking backward with the others before turning around to run. ''Let's just hope they didn't kill someone...''

(Solar's pov)
"Woah.. what happened here?" Hyejin asked me looking down at the body on the ground. "Well, you see Wheein had warned her not to touch the girl right?" I paused continuing when she nodded. "Turns out that today she managed to get her hands on one of the girl's friends and the girl herself, I just cut her leg and arm but she passed out from shock or something.." I said hiding the knife in my clothing.

"Ugh blood managed to get on my hands.." I mumbled annoyed. "Hey! Who's there!?" We heard someone yell. We both shared a quick glance before running.
After a bit, we stopped running.

"Do you think they saw us..?" I whispered softly and she shook her head in reply. We stood there for a bit catching our breath.

The silence was quickly broken by Hyejin's phone. She quickly unlocked it. "I overheard the teachers talking about the fact that they found a body, they sent everyone home, what happened?" Hyejin read the text out loud. "Tell them what happened, put emphasis on the fact that she wasn't dead, just knocked out." I replied. She nodded and typed out a reply.

We started walking towards the school again, my hands in my pockets to avoid suspicion before we saw the girl we're supposed to keep an eye out walking home while texting. We made our way to the others and we're talking softly while keeping an eye out for the girl, as we were talking the girl held up her phone presumably taking a picture before holding her phone like she did before and continued typing.
"Di-did she just take a picture of us..?" Moonbyul slowly asked. "I- I think she did.." Wheein replied.

We were about to leave but we got stopped by a text message on Hyejin's phone again. "Okay we can't leave yet, the girl's brother, Hansol, wants to ask us what happened." She said as her eyes scanned the text before typing a reply.

(A/n: this chapter was all over the place lmao, I hope you still understand because I seem to love time skips and pov changes
Anyways you guys will probably love/hate the next chapter (which will be called 'Chapter 21' even though this one is the 21st chapter)
