Chapter 1:
I pushed open the school doors and smiled to myself. First day. I have been waiting for this all summer.
Unlike most teenagers, I was really excited. I spent hours trying to figure out which outfit I should wear on this glorious day, after all first impression is everything.
I walked down the hall and saw everything as it should be. The jocks were there being idiots and making complete fools out of themselves. The others got bored and decided to take some kid's lunch money early.
I saw the cheerleaders obsessing over their clothes and fake tans. A couple of guys ran by me excitedly. One of them seemed to be holding what suspiciously looked like weed. The nerds were there too with their glasses, braces and whatnot.
I couldn't wait to see Chase Anderson. He's a senior and star quarterback. Did I mention he's also the king of my heart?
His eyes are so dreamy and he is just perfection. Oh my gosh. Here he comes.
Is he looking at me? No, don't be crazy. He can't be. He doesn't even know me. Oh god. I swear he's walking towards me.
Then it all happened so suddenly. He stopped right in front of me, grabbed my waist and pulled me closer to him. My heart was pounding. I saw his eyes flicker to my lips. Is this real life?
Oh my gosh. Was he going to kiss me? His face was slowly inching towards mine. My breathing became uneven. Oh my gosh he totally was. Beep. Beep. Beep. Then I woke up.
I was drenched in sweat and my legs were tangled in my blanket.
Oh. You thought what just happened right then was real? If you did, there must be something seriously wrong with you.
What person in their right mind would actually be excited for their first day?
Not to mention what kind of idiot would take hours choosing what outfit they should wear.
Chances are no one's going to remember anyway, unless you wear a chicken costume. Now, there's an idea there.
Also, I don't even know who this Chace Anderson guy is. I don't even know if he even exists but why the fuck would I ever fangirl over him.
His name alone makes him sound like an asshole. No thank you.
But enough of my yapping. Time to get dressed for school.
"Wouldn't want to be late" I thought sarcastically.
Author's Note:
I have no idea what the hell I'm doing.
