"What the hell, Stacy!" Shelly cried, throwing her arms in the air in exasperation. "I mean what happened to you?!? You were never like this before!"

"Like what, Shelly?" Stacy snapped. "Just say it! What am I?"

Stacy's heart was beating out of her chest with adrenaline and her eyes were starting to water as Shelly narrowed hers and stared straight into her sister's whispering, quietly, her reply.

"You're one of them, now, Stacy. You're a Valley Gurl."

When Stacy Evans moved into San Fernando Valley in California on her seventeenth birthday, she never expected anything like this to happen. All she wanted was to drift through her last year of high school without being noticed.

But things don't always turn out the way you wanted them to, do they?

Next thing you know, Stacy some how "saves" the life of her new school's "Queen Bee". So what else can she do, but accept her invitation into their clique?

That's when things take a turn for the worse.

Someone is bloody murdered, with Stacy and the Valley Gurls being the only suspects. When evidence points to her, Stacy finds that the only way that she can clear her name is by working with:

1. A fabulously ratchet drug dealer,

2. The school's honorary league of juvenile delinquents,

3. A pair of underestimated cheerleaders,

4. And her soulmate...?

Will Stacy be able to pull a Scooby-Doo while dealing with this group of crazy characters and these newly found emotions for a certain ginger?
