Freddy's point of view.
I took a deep breath and ran over to her, "Just in case we die I um... have um... " I couldn't stop stammering, she was just so. I blushed.
She looked at me, "What is it Freddy?" Her voice was like silk, smooth and light.
"Oh uh, that uh, that was nothing." She looked me in the eye, and I averted her beautiful, crystal clear eyes of aburn.
"Tell me." She said while crossing her arms.
"Okay, it's just that I have liked you for a really long time and wanted for you to know before we die." I sighed I sounded stupid, "It's stupid, but if we actually do make it out alive and there isn't actually anything wrong then would you go out with me?" I sat there babbling like an idiot.
Then she said, "Yeah, yeah sure." She hugged me, and of course I sat there bewildered. "But I think your plans might be changed. There is most definitely something wrong." She pointed out the window. I looked where she pointed and sighed. I knew it was to good to be true. "I'm so sorry Freddy." She said and I could tell she was being pitiful. My gaze was set to the sight outside, but then she turned me to face her. She quickly kissed me on the cheek, and of course my cheeks got real hot. "Do you feel better now?" I knew I was a deep red. She turned back to the door. I heard her gasp and tried to get as close as I could, but I was still to far away to see anything.
Mrs. Lan ran over to me, "What's wrong?" She had some panic in her eyes. I shrugged. I heard a few words that I couldn't understand, but I could tell that it was Gregory. I then heard Trixie say something. Then there was a click. I automatically knew that someone unlocked the door. I stared at Isabella's hair, it was in a French braid. I tried to get a better look to the door, but I couldn't get past the class. I heard what sounded like a the entire school body running down the hall. I heard more people up front gasp. I grabbed my backpack and slung it over my shoulder. I closed my eyes and pushed through the crowd at the front until I was standing next to Isabella. I saw a huge mass of bodies, some of them people in our class, running. I looked at her, she wasn't scared, but curious. I was confused, these things were terrifying. I couldn't have made any better specimens even if I tried. I heard a shriek coming from the hallway as the mass of bodies stopped. I quickly pushed Isabella down and crouched down so that you couldn't see us if you looked into the window. These things weren't very smart. I felt something like an Earthquake shake the door. I looked over at the class. They were all crouched down and either hiding behind, or in front of the desks. I smiled over at Isabella, but she didn't see me. Her eyes were focused on the door. I looked back behind me and a few people were starting to stand up. I motioned for them all to sit back down. They did so and the pigments went back to the people. I sighed.
