|spencers POV|I looked down at my large swollen belly and sighed. It was the only thing I could do for this baby. I wouldn't support a good home for her, I couldn't raise her without a father.
Sure, Toby would absolutely with no doubt drop everything to take care of this child with me, but I couldn't ever do that to him, spring it on him a week before I have her. That'd be to much...I don't need him hating me more than he already does.
No one knows, only my classmates, teachers, and roommate.
Not even the girls know. I love all of them to death, but if I told them, it was almost guarantied he'd find out.
I grabbed for my bag of goldfish and took a large handful stuffing it in my mouth.
Mid stuff I felt the worst pain I ever have.
The crackers flew out of my mouth and I fell to my side in pain, yelping for Lillian. *spencers roommate*
The shower turned off and she came running out soaking wet with a towel around her body.
"Are yo..." She said grabbing for clothes she found on the floor.
"Yeah! Either that or I'm dying!" I said clutching for my stomach.
Within five minutes, Lillian had me in her car speeding down the road.
"Breath!" She told me trying to hurry.
"I can't! I want Toby!" I cried.
"I can call him...we both know he'll come."
"N-no!" I groaned.
Finally, we had arrived at the hospital. She had sprinted out the car and to the ER entrance. There were nurses out to my assistance within seconds. They ran me to a private room and got things ready.
45 minutes later, a gorgeous baby girl was brought into this world.
I didn't get to see her. Because I'm putting her in the foster system. But Lilian told me that she was absolutely stunning. She had Toby's ocean eyes and chin but my mouth and hair.
Suddenly, I wanted to keep my baby girl. But I knew I couldn't. The only thing I could do is give birth to her and name her, so I did exactly that. *a/n: I'm sorry if I'm wrong with the naming situation. I'm not familiar with the foster system process. If I'm wrong, please correct me! I'm not gonna change it for purposes of the story, but still, just so I know for the future*
Olivia Cavanaugh. I wrote on her birth certificate. That's what I would name her.
One night before I left for collage, Toby and I were talking about what we would name our future kids, with the full intentions of starting a family together. We suggested a few names, but each were turned down by the one of us. Eventually Toby told me Olivia. Both of us immediately were in agreement.
And because Toby and I were no longer going to start a family, I may as well name our babygirl what we would have.
Hmm strange but interesting chapter...wonder why this is in this. Maybe you'll find out soon. Or maybe you won't. You'll see.
