They reaches the place... 

Man and woman laughs at Anika... They says u will suffer like my daughter... Two rowdies comes and they asks them to rape her... Anika gets scared.. She begs them... Before the rowdies reaches Anika... Siddharth and Shivaay hits them... Om and Rudra unties her... Police reaches the place and arrest the man and woman

Anika gets unconscious... Om picks her up in bridal style... 

After few days... Anika gets stable... Shitia wedding arrangements goes on... Ruchi was still staying in Oberoi mansion for shitia wedding... Anika was arranging... Before wedding day... They planned a party...anika arranged it...

Ruchu insults siddharth in front of everyone... She says no girl will like him nor will marry him... He will be lonlier always... As his mother left him... He is illegal son of Anika's dad... Siddharth leaves the place... Anika goes and slaps her and calls her a bitch... Anika shows the video in which Ruchi corrupts a officer to disclose her case... The video gets instantly viral... Anika and Rudra leaves the place.. Oberoi's were shocked to react... 

Anika hugs Siddharth... Siddharth cries.. Anika says she will be with him forever... He is her everything... He was the one who brought her up from childhood... He is the one who played the role of both her parents and Anika promises him... She will not marry unless he marry... Siddharth gets shocked and ask her to take back her promise but Anika ignores it... She looks back and sees Rumya... Shitia and Om standing there... She gets upset seeing Om... 

She goes to Om and asks his forgiveness and says she love him but not more than her brother... Her brother sacrificed everything for her and Rudra... She asks him if he can wait for her... Otherwise he can marry someone else... She cries unknowingly...

She turns to leave but om holds her hand... Anika looks at him..she carresses her face and says he loves her only and he is ready to wait for her... Anika kisses his cheek happily and they both hug each other...  Someone starts coughing... Anika sees siddharth standing there with smirk.

Shitia wedding goes on happily... They are happily married couple...

Omkara and Anika started dating officially... Their pics went viral in social medias... Anika and omkara spent time with each other...  Anika asked him if he will continue to accept her brother after knowing the truth... 

After Ruchi's accusations... Media were asking questions regarding siddharth birth...  Even Oberoi's elders asked about it...  Om and Shivaay were silent about it... Later on Shivaay came to know about siddharth truth... Shivaay accepted it... Om was still unknown

Om promises her...he will accept her bcz he is Anika's brother and he knows Anika loves his brother more than everyone... Anika his his chest playfully

Flashback

Anika's dad and Sidddhart mother were couple... Sid's mom were pregnant before marriage... Anika's dad asked her to get married before sid's birth but sid's mom said she will marry in front of her son...anikas dad accepted it... But unfortunately sid's mom died after giving birth to sid. ..

Later on Anika's dad get married with Anika's mom... She knew about sid... Anika mom was sid's mom friend... They were happily married.. Anika and Rudra was born... Sid was very protective about Anika... Anika too loved him alot... Siblings love towards each other was strong.. 

Anika's mom relatives made her against siddharrth for property.. Soon she started tearing him badly Anika stood against her... Anika's mom disclose about sid's reality... Sid was broken but Anika and Rudra supported him...  Anika's parents got divorced... Anika's mom released the statement of sid being illegal son... The reason behind sid hiding his identity
