I was walking through the city at night from Riley's I somewhat not paying attention to where I'm going when my world collapsed into pieces memories filled my world till darkness raised

I was in my bed at NYU thinking about nothing till my phone vibrated
R:Uncle Josh?
J:hey Riles what ya need?
R:I need you to the hospital stat.
J:okay why?
R:Maya has need hit by a car!
J:I'm on my way
I rush to the doors and went to the hospital I can't lose her not now

As I came through the doors Riley burst out crying in my shoulders I saw her with lifeless body in a bed
"She's okay but she lost memories"Shawn says in a hurted voice I knew how he felt seeing his only daughter in a bed not knowing what'll happen

I decided to go back to school but I couldn't sleep I look at a picture by my table it was us as kids Riley wasn't there cause she was going through her pink phase it was Maya's 7th birthday and I helped her blow her candles
