Cole was 12 as Brooke was 10 years old at the time as the two kids were playing in the play room while their were talking in the other room.
Brooke: brother?
Cole: yes sis?
Brooke: what are mommy and daddy talking about? *tilts head in confusion*
Cole: i am not sure *lies as he doesn't want to tell her what was really going on that they were actually getting divorce*
Awhile later Lou and Chloe came out and talked to them about the divorce as Brooke was upset as she was going with her mom as she doesn't want to leave and be away from her brother. A year later Brooke was sad as today was her birthday as her mother knocked on her door.
Brooke: come in mom
Chloe: *comes in* i got news sweetie
Brooke: that is?
Chloe: your brother is coming to your birthday today
Brooke: *jumps up* really!
Chloe: *giggles* of course dear
Brooke: *hugs her happily* thank you mom!
Chloe: *hugs back* your welcome sweetie *kisses her head* now go get in your dress for the party
Brooke nods and does so as she wears this dress: ((above)) as Chloe smiles helping her get it on for her.
Chloe: now lets head downstairs to wait they get here
awhile later the bell ring as Brooke tackled her brother happily as he laughs and hugs back landing on the ground as they played in the living room with a few of her friends as well. As the parents smiled while watching them. A few hours later Brooke hugs him again.
Brooke: i missed you bro
Cole: *hugs her back* i miss you too sis
Brooke: i wish you don't have to go yet
Cole: i know but i have to we will see each other again soon i promise
Brooke: you better *yawns*
They both fall asleep against each other as Lou comes over picking up Cole and leaves with him and that was the last time they seen each other. Two years later Brooke was getting a drink of water inside the house then heard a thud in the living room as she runs in the living room and her eyes widen seeing a guy there with a smirk and vanished before he was caught.
Brooke: mom! *runs next to her side*
Chloe: *looks at her weakly* Brooke.....
Brooke: *tears falls down her cheeks* yes mom....
Chloe: i want you stay strong and move on and i love you very much *coughs* i want you to follow your dreams and don't ever give up on that please
Brooke: *nods and cries*
Chloe shut her eyes for the last time as she cries for her mom, and called her brother letting him know what happened and how she died.
~Back in Reality~
Cole: so that what happened
Kai/Jay: oh my gosh
Samantha: i remember her telling me about her mom death that was it
Cole: *sighs* yeah
Lloyd: *frowns* at that kind of young age like that is way harder
After they spend some time together for an hour as Samantha went out as Jay notice and followed her out as she looked over at him.
Jay: you alright?
Samantha: no just worried about Brooke
Jay: we all are but she will make it through *hugs her*
Samantha: *relaxes and hugs back* i hope so cause i can't continue with this career on my own i should let our boss know what was going on
Jay: thats a good idea
Samantha: *smiles a bit* thanks Jay
Jay: for?
Samantha: for being a such a sweet guy
Jay: *blushed* your welcome sammy
Samantha leans in and kisses him as his eyes widen and kissed her back, they kissed for a few more mins and pulls away panting softly.
Samantha: i love you Jay
Jay: i love you too Samantha
Lloyd was watching from around the corner and sighed silently and walked away sadly all he does thinking about Brooke very much hoping she wakes up soon.
In the infirmary
Misako was changing her bandages and finished after a few as Brooke slowly opened her eyes weakly as her vision were blurry as Misako looked over and gasp softly.
Brooke: w-where am i?
Misako: you are in the infirmary dear
Brooke: *looks at her and recognized her* Misako? *then groaned and passed right back out*
