It was a cold winter night and I felt like exploring. This was dumb. Partially because there were murderers partially because I was only 14. Still to this day I wonder what I had been thinking that made me do that irrational thing everyday after my parents Told me specifically not to. I was a rebel back then. Stupid but I thought I was so cool. I see now the arrogance that I'd put into that act. The truth was inside I was just a cripple little girl who couldn't do anything for herself. But anyway I went out and kept exploring. I came to a long road. It was strange. It seemed like a whole village had lived there yet no one had lived there at the same time. So like any irrational 14-year-old I decided to go down the long winding road. I know I know irrational but I thought I was cool I didn't really care what anyone else thought. And the thought of listening to my parents made me queasy. Anyway, I walked and walked and walked down the road it took about 30 minutes. And once I got there it looked like there was a lot where a house had been and a hole deep enough for a basement but too deep for pool.
next to that lot there was a cave and it looked dark and mysterious I decided to go in this mysterious cave. What could go wrong? I mean it's not strange at all to go into a mysterious cave at night. My phone started vibrating like crazy. My mom found out I wasn't home. This meant I was screwed and would be grounded for life.
The best thing to do now was sleep in the cave. My mom would most likely be in my room waiting for me but I didn't care. So stepped into the cave and shone my flashlight on the walls. There was nothing strange. So I put my jacket on the ground and lay my head on it so I could go to sleep.
