Prologue

 Prologue

I am standing in a clearing and glance around me before settling on a dark, cold forest. I barely have time to process what I'm seeing before my body starts to move toward the tree lining. I can see just beyond the forest front and I see gentle yet sharp green glowing eyes. They appear to be human and I change my course slightly so that I'm walking toward them. As I get closer I can begin to make out an outline of the person.

The person appears to be tall and lean, they look to be wearing kinda bulky clothes and a cape. After a few more feet I could make out a golden glint as a light began to shine somewhere but I didn't bother looking for the source because I was so enraptured with this strange figure before me. Once I was mere yards from the stranger I now knew was male I saw he was wearing golden armor that gleamed in the now stronger light. "Who are you?" I breathed as I continued to close the gap between us "My name is irrelevant." the man said in a light, husky voice that took me by surprise. I kept walking until he put out a hand as if signaling for me to stop, I was now able to see his black wavy hair that he left down and that his eyes had changed from light green to a sky blue.

"What's your name?" he asked and I thought about not telling him somewhere deep in my subconscious but I said "I'm Silven Kage." and he hummed thoughtfully before vanishing and I was thrust into a new scene.
