It's mental health awareness day/week and i just wanna say a few things. Some people don't believe that there's such a thing as mental health but they're wrong. Mental health is just as important as physical health and it's okay to speak up. You shouldn't be ashamed of your state of mind. You should just work on being the best version of yourself. Don't be scared to speak your mind about the topic. Spread positivity and show others that they're not alone.
