Chapter 2: Pensacola Trip pt. 2

Maya's POV:

I wake up to the sound of my alarm. I groan and turn it off. I rub my eyes tiredly and get up to go to the bathroom. I brush my teeth and fix my hair. I changed into my clothes with my bathing suit under.

I walk over to Stephanie and try to wake her up "Steph, it's time to wake up bro." I shake her and she just groans.

She stands up lazily and walks to the bathroom. I chuckle and sit down on the desk chair.

I look out the way window again amazing at its stunning view. I felt like I could look at it for hours and never get tired of it. I watched as the waves hit the shore. I wanted to go there as quickly as possible so I could enjoy the winds and feel the water hit my body in person.

Stephanie tapped my shoulder , making me come back to reality. "Let's go" she starts walking to the door. I grab my purse and follow her to the door.

We walk out the door to only to see Victor and his cousin Anthony walk out too. "Buenos Días, good morning" Victor smiles and gives each of us a hug. Anthony does the same.

"You look pretty, Maya" Victor says giving me his charming smile. My cheeks heated up. "Thanks" I say walking. Victor starts walking beside me with Stephanie and Anthony following behind.

A/N: The top one is what Maya is wearing and the bottom one is the one Stephanie is wearing.

We arrive at the lobby and walk towards he rest of the group who is having breakfast.

"Morning!" We say and greet everyone. Stephanie and I head straight to the waffle maker, and make our waffles.

Once the waffles were done, we got milk and utensils. We sat down at a table with Walesca and Sherlyn. We start start digging in our food as if we hadn't eaten in years.

Everyone finally finished eating and we gathered in the lobby. "Okay we are gonna head to the beach now, everyone got your things?" Walter said checking the time on my phone. We all said yes in usion. We hopped on the bus and headed to the beach.

We arrived at the beach and Sherlyn ran out the bus kicking off her shoes and clothes. She jumped in the water. She happily splashed water everywhere. We all started laughing at her silliness.

"Yah! Walesca! Aish, oh well. Let's go" Walter grabbed the chairs from the bus and walked to we're Sherlyn is. I put down my chair and so does Stephanie, next to mine. I put an umbrella between our chair for shade.

I look over to water. The waves splashed against the shore with such grace. I took a deep breath of the nice ocean smell and breath out. I smiled to myself and start taking off my clothes.
