Chapter: 4

I woke up and laid in my bed for a while when my phone rang. It was Dilante.

"Hi Di." "Hey T just checking to see if your feeling better.. you know, from the break up." Di said. "Oh, yea I'm doing much better." "Ok good. There's something I have to tell you." Di said nervously. "ok.." "Stacy and I over heard Tommy and his friends saying that you we weird and that he didn't like you at all. We're sorry we didn't tell you.. I just didn't wanna see you sad."-Di "How could you guys keep it a secret from me!" "I'm soo sorry T!" -Di "Alright.. I forgive you guys." "Thank you.. I don't know what I would do if I lost you as a close friend."-Di "Ok.. neither would I." I said sounding unsure.

Why was Di saying things like this. I started to like him a little. No T! Don't think like that.. Stacy is your best friend (I like talking to myself!) you would never do that to her. Omg! I need to keep it together and control my emotions.

I got out of bed and got ready to go to the Summer Jam. Stacy and I got a summer job there working at the food stand. I called Stacy and I drove my mom's car to go pick her up.

At the Summer Jam..

"Wow! I didn't think there would be so many people here." "I know right! I hope that jerk Tommy isn't here." Stacy said while rolling her eyes. "Come on let's go to the food stand and set up." I grab Stacy's hand and pulled her in the direction of the food stand.

After serving food for 3 hours, we saw Tommy and Cassidy walking towards the food stand. "Oh! This day just keeps getting better and better." I said sarcastically. "Don't worry T, just be strong."-Stacy "Oh i'll be strong!"

"Can I get 2 cheese burgers and fries with a.." Tommy said but paused before he finished ordering, "well look who it is.. Tiana and Stacy. I always knew guys would end up working in a food stand."

"Are you gonna order or nawh cause I don't have all day!" I said with a attitude. "Alright, can I have 2 cheese burgers and fries with a coke and a Pepsi, try not to mess anything up!" Tommy said being annoying as usual.

Stacy and I went over to make the burgers. "I think we need to serve up a plate of revenge!" "I totally agree!" Stacy said. I took 2 cold burgers and put them in the buns and Stacy wrote 'Fvck you!' on the burgers with ketchup. We could barley contain our laughing as we gave them the burgers. Tommy took a bite of his. He spat it out immediately! "What hell is this!!" Tommy shouted. "It's our revenge burger! Hope you enjoyed it!" we both said as we were killing our self with laugh.

After all if that, Tommy told the owner and we got fired. so we went to my house took a quick shower and got all dressed up to go back to the Summer Jam because they were having a party. There was gonna be a Dj and everything.

Stacy called Dilante and we met up with him at the party.

"Hey Babe!" Stacy said as she ran into Dilante's arms and hugged him. "Hey Boo!!" Di said as he caught her in his arms. "Hey T!" Di said while he waved. "Wassup mah nigga!" Dilante laughed. We arrived there before the party started so we decided to go on some carnival rides first. Stacy and Di wanted to go on the Ferris wheel so I went to play the 'pop the balloon' game.

When I was finished, I won a teddy bear, so I went back to the Ferris wheel to see if they were off the ride already. When I got there the man operating the ride told me that it got stuck and won't be moving for the next 10 minutes. "Really! Ok" I said to the man. "Stace! I'm gonna go to bathroom at the hotel across the street!" "Ok we'll be right here when you get back!" Stacy shouted back.

I walk out of the Summer Jam and onto the side walk. No one was coming so I crossed. While I was walking almost half way there, I saw this sports car speeding in my direction. It couldn't stop! The last thing I saw was the bright lights of the car.
