I Am Not Who I Appear

I am the quiet girl,

Who walks with her head down.

I keep my hair long,

So I can hide behind it.

I always wear big sweatshirts,

And hide my hands in the sleeves.

And on the inside,

I am slowly dying.

But to you I am the girl,

Who is trying not to trip.

I wear my hair long,

Because it looks nice.

I wear baggy clothes,

Because I like to be comfortable.

And on the outside,

I am smiling brightly.
