A Love for Inuyasha or Koga

Chapter 1

It was around the time that Koga promised Ayame that he would make her his wife; he was walking back to the cave to see a girl looking at him with a dull expression. "What were you thinking?" asked the girl, as he sighed and sat next to her. "What?" asked Koga, as she sighed and punched his head. "Do you have any idea what you just did Koga?" she asked, as he sighed and laid next to her. "Like I care she's not going to remember anyway" said Koga, as she sighed and looked up at the sky. "Maeve" he said, as she paused and looked at him "Yeah?" she questioned, as he smirked and took her hands. Maeve blushed and looked into his eyes that were sparkling in the moon. "Maeve... become my wife" he said, as she blinked a few times and blushed brighter. "Koga... I-" she was about to say, but then a bunch of wolfs walked over towards them. "Maeve, Koga the elders want to see you both" said Hakkaku, as they sat up and started walking over towards them. "Maeve, Koga there you two are good. Koga you will be assigned to a new wolf tribe to which you'll be in charge of" said the elder, as Koga smirked and Maeve looked at the elders. "Maeve we will be marrying you off" said the elders, as her eyes widened and her heart sank. "No" said Maeve, as the elder sighed and looked at her "Maeve you must in order for our tribe to be in peace with other tribes" he said, as Maeve growled. "Then why not marry off Ayame first" shouted Maeve, as Koga and the elder glanced at her shocked. "Maeve" said the elder, as she covered her ears and ran out of the cave. Koga never saw her after that.

Few years later

"Koga's coming" said Kagome, as Inuyasha growled and took out his sword, but not before Koga jumped onto his head and jumped to Kagome holding her hands. "My dear Kagome, you look as radiant as ever" he said, as Kagome sweat dropped and smiled nervously. "I smell a demon" said Inuyasha, as they paused. "So what?" questioned Koga, as Kagome's eyes widened. "I sense a jewel shard" said Kagome, as their eyes widened and they dashed. Koga however then stopped as he saw Maeve fighting off the demon. It was chewing on her leg. Maeve growled and took out her sword. "Take this you bastard" shouted Maeve, as she took out her sword cutting it in half, as she did the jewel shard fell and she caught it in her hands, however her leg was bugging her and she couldn't land. "Crap" shouted Maeve, as she was then caught by Inuyasha. Maeve looked at him and then blushed. "Uh, thanks" said Maeve, as he hpmhed and let her up. "Maeve" said Koga, as she turned her head and smiled. "Brother Koga" she said walking up to him and smiled. "So how are you and Ayame?" she questioned, as he paused and turned his head. "Koga... what's going on? Why are you with these humans anyway?" asked Maeve "Because Koga is" Ginta was about to saw but Hakkaku covered his mouth. "I found a new love" said Koga, as Maeve paused and looked to see him holding onto a priestess hand. "You have got to be joking" said Maeve, as Koga smirked and closed his eyes. "I'm not I claimed Kagome as mine" he said, as Inuyasha growled. "She is not your-" Inuyasha was about to say, but Maeve slapped his face. "Ouch" said Ginta "Koga's in trouble now" whispered Hakkaku "What was that for?" shouted Koga, as Maeve growled at him and glared at him. "I don't know Koga try thinking back if your brain can remember, you said you were just cheering up Ayame after the attack and you wanted to marry me remember" shouted Maeve, as Koga jumped and backed away a bit. "I didn't mean it" he said as Maeve growled "Of course not, when you can be with a human why the hell not" shouted Maeve, as Koga growled at her. "That's not what I meant" he shouted "Then prove me wrong you stupid idiot" shouted Maeve, as he growled. Suddenly the earth began to shake, and a huge demon appeared before them. "The jewel I need the jewel" shouted the demon, as Maeve smirked and jammed the jewel in her arm. "Just try it" said Maeve, as she dashed towards the demon and started fighting it. "Shouldn't you help her?" asked Kagome, as Koga hpmhed. "Let the stubborn demon go" said Koga, as he stopped when she started yelling in pain. He looked to see the demon was grabbing the same leg that was injured. "Maeve" shouted Koga, as she grunted and stabbed the demon with her sword, but he smacked it out of her hand and started laughing. "Iron Rebar Soul Stealer" shouted Inuyasha slicing off the demons arm and he caught Maeve. "Thanks" said Maeve, as he nodded and set her down. He then took out his Tetsygia "Wind Scar" shouted Inuyasha slicing the demon in half. Maeve smirked taking her sword and putting it back in its sheath. "Kagome are you hurt?" asked Koga holding onto her hands. Maeve growled and then smirked looking at Inuyasha, she slowly walked up to him and tapped his shoulder. "Umm what's your name?" she asked, as Inuyasha looked at her. "What's it to you?" he asked, as Maeve smiled. "Well I would like to know the name of my saviour" said Maeve, as he closed his eyes and hpmhed. "Inuyasha" she said, as she smirked and kissed his lips. "Maeve!" shouted Koga, as everyone almost gagged at what they saw "Thanks again Inuyasha" she said smirking and walking away. "Maeve" shouted Koga dashing off after, he then stopped to see her at the lake washing her face. "Maeve" shouted Koga, as she sighed and glared at him over her shoulder. "What Koga?" asked Maeve, as he walked up to her. "What do you mean what?" shouted Koga, as she sighed and stood up "why the hell did you kiss that mutt?" shouted Koga, as she sighed and glanced at him. "Why do you care, your with your precious Kagome right" said Maeve, as Koga growled. "But still mutt face" said Koga, as Maeve sighed and turned her head. "Koga... enough... we're not kids anymore so stop trying to protect me" said Maeve, as Koga sat next to her and they looked at the sun. "About that jewel shard" said Koga, as Maeve paused and glared at him. "I don't think so, these are mine" said Maeve "How many do you have?" asked Koga "I have one in my right and left arms, two in each leg" said Maeve, as Koga's eyes widened. "But your plenty strong without them" said Koga, as Maeve smirked and closed her eyes. "This coming from the guy who has one in each leg" said Maeve, as Koga paused and closed his eyes. "That's different Maeve... I use my shards to protect my pack" he shouted, as she smirked and closed her eyes. "Hmm, and that includes your Kagome" she said, as he glared at her. "What do you have against Kagome anyway?!" he shouted, as Maeve sighed and stood up. "Forget it, I'm leaving" she said, as he glared at her. "What happened with you and the elders anyway" said Koga, as Maeve stopped and she turned her head. "They let me go" said Maeve, as Koga glared at her more. "I don't believe you" he said, as she smirked. "Believe what you want" said Maeve, as a dark cloud came over them. "Jewel... give me the jewel" said a demon, as Maeve sighed. "Great my fifth one today" said Maeve, as she was about to jump, but the demon grabbed her and squeezed her until she was unconscious. "Maeve" shouted Koga, as the demon took her off into a barrier that no one could sense her. When Maeve opened her eyes she saw Inuyasha. "Inuyasha" she said, as he hpmhed "About time you woke up" he said, as she looked around and slowly sat up. "What happened?" asked Maeve, as Inuyasha crossed his arms. "I saved Kagome from being grabbed by the demon and he trapped me in the barrier that can only be destroyed from the outside" said Inuyasha, as Maeve sighed and paused feeling her leg pulsing. Inuyasha turned his head to see her limping. "You're still hurt" he said, as she turned her head and sat down. "Forget it, it's nothing" said Maeve, as she paused seeing Inuyasha bending down and tore part of his kimono and wrapped her leg. Maeve blushed and looked at him sadly "Thank you... sorry about the kiss" she said, as Inuyasha looked at her seeing her turning her head and blushing. "Why do you like that mangy wolf anyway" said Inuyasha, as she paused and looked at him a bit shocked. "Because I was an abandoned demon because of my white fur and Koga's pack took me in and raised me... but when I thought he was going to finally love me... he chooses a human... do you know how humiliating that is" said Maeve, as Inuyasha picked her up bridal style. "What are you doing?" asked Maeve "What does it look like? We're getting out of here" he said, as Maeve blushed looking at him. He tried and tried but it kept bouncing them back. "Maeve" shouted Koga, as she looked at him to see him crashing through the barrier. As Koga dusted himself off and he smirked closing his eyes. "Oh my gosh, are you ok?" asked Maeve, as Koga hpmhed and when he opened his eyes they widened in shocked to see Maeve helping Inuyasha. "Oh my gosh, Inuyasha are you alright Koga wasn't too reckless was he?" asked Maeve, as he stood up and dusted himself off. "No I'm ok" he said, as Maeve smiled and helped dusted him off. "Inuyasha" said Kagome, as Maeve glared at her and grabbed Inuyasha's arm. "Maeve" said Inuyasha, as she blushed and smiled at him. "You remembered my name" said Maeve, as he looked at her a little freaked. "Maeve what the hell were you thinking getting captured by that demon anyway" asked Koga, as Maeve hpmhed and turned her head. Maeve then grabbed Inuyasha's arm tighter and smiled at him. "Thanks again Inuyasha... your my hero" she said, as he blushed and tried escaping her grasp. "Maeve we're leaving" said Koga, as she stuck out her tongue. "Go ahead. I'll stay with my mate" said Maeve, as their eyes widened. "WHAT?!" they shouted "Well sure Inuyasha has saved me three times already I'm his and only his" said Maeve, as Koga growled and Inuyasha blinked in confused. "Why do you care anyway Koga... isn't Kagome yours" said Maeve "YES/NO" shouted Koga and Inuyasha. "Oh... so he suddenly declared his love without Kagome's consent is that right?" asked Maeve "NO/YES" shouted Koga and Inuyasha, as Maeve sighed and started walking. "Well I know the situation... but I still won't give up... bye-bye my hero" said Maeve blowing a kiss towards Inuyasha and walking off. When Maeve knew she was by herself, she unwrapped her leg and saw that Inuyasha's kimono was covered in her blood; she couldn't help but cry in it. "What does it look like? We're getting out of here".

A few months have passed and Maeve's leg had completely healed, but she was missing the arms of her beloved Inuyasha. She ran and saw him arguing with Koga. "Inuyasha" shouted Maeve, as he turned towards her and she hugged him in his arms. "I missed you my love" said Maeve, as he blushed and looked at her. "Maeve" said Koga, as she paused and looked at him. "Oh Koga... I'm sorry Inuyasha I had no idea you were beating up Koga, I should have waited" said Maeve, as Inuyasha smirked glaring at Koga. "Oh I almost forgot here" said Maeve handing him back part of his kimono. "I really do owe you Inuyasha darling" she said, as he took it and turned his head. "Inuyasha darling" snickered Miroku and Sango. "So what brings you here Maeve?" asked Kagome, as Maeve hpmhed and hugged Inuyasha closer. "Not that's any of your business, but I came to be with my Inuyasha" she said, as Koga growled. "Maeve knock it off" shouted Koga, as she glared at him. "Knock what off, I don't see you ever trying to save me, every time my Inuyasha would so back off you mangy wolf" said Maeve, as Koga growled and pulled her by her tail. "Listen Maeve" shouted Koga, as she started to whine. "Inuyasha... help" cried Maeve, as Inuyasha punched Koga on the head. "Keep your hands to yourself Wolf" shouted Inuyasha, as Koga growled. "Make me you stinkin' K-9" shouted Koga, as Maeve took back her tail and started petting it. "Maeve why are you really with Inuyasha?" asked Miroku, as Maeve paused and hpmhed. "I don't have to explain myself to a human, I'm with Inuyasha because he saved me and he claimed me as his" said Maeve "He what?" shouted Koga "Why the hell do you think I came back to return part of his kimono he gave it to me" said Maeve "So why are you returning it back?" asked Koga "Because I'm not injured anymore and I decided to travel alongside him" said Maeve, as Koga growled. "So beat it" said Maeve, as she pulled on Inuyasha's arm and stuck out her tongue towards Koga. Koga growled and walked beside Kagome "Fine if you stay with that mutt, I'll stay with my Kagome" said Koga, as Maeve glared at him "Fine... come on Inuyasha... let's go somewhere quiet where we can be alone" said Maeve, as Inuyasha's eyes widened as she dragged him off somewhere deep in the forest.

As they stopped Maeve let go of Inuyasha's arm and sat down "Sorry" she said, as he looked at her. "Why'd you do that anyway?" asked Inuyasha, as he froze seeing her crying. "Don't cry" he said, as she hugged him. "I'm so sorry... I'm so useless" she said, as he froze seeing more tears crawl down her face. "Stop talking like that" he said punching her head. She paused and looked at him sitting beside her. "Why are you being so nice to me? Even though... I'm taking you away from Kagome?" asked Maeve, as Inuyasha turned his head. "No reason" he said, as she smiled and placed her head against his shoulder. "You really are amazing Inuyasha" she said, as his eyes widened looking at her falling asleep. He looked at her with sad eyes and eventually fell asleep next to her.
