As Time Goes By

Prologue: As I slammed the doors

open, and ran out of the school, I thought to myself: "Oh boy, I wonder what's next after all that's happened. What's next in this crazy ride of a life?" Thinking that to myself, I traveled back in time to before the day everything changed. That one, amazing day. The day I found out I had powers to travel to time and read people's minds. I'm Abigail Winters and this is the story of how I joined the Elite 5.

Chapter 1: Everything begins.

The date was January 17, 2014. It was my birthday and the first day of the second semester. I was turning 16 today. As I woke up, I felt the nice, cold wind brush against my skin. It was a beautiful, sunny morning here in Indiana. I got out of bed and into my clothes. I had already picked out my clothes the night before because, hell, it was my birthday; I wanted to look nice when I came back to school. I put on my clothes, combed my hair, and left my room to eat breakfast. As I got to the kitchen, I found out my parents had made me a special happy birthday breakfast, like they always do, but hey it was makes me smile anyways. It was my favorite breakfast, chocolate chip pancakes with some bacon on the side, and some fresh orange juice. I led a pretty good, normal life. I finished my breakfast, said goodbye to my parents, and ran outside to catch the bus.

As I got onto the bus, I saw my friends Annabelle, whom we nicknamed Annie Darling, and Jane, whom we call Janey. They saved me a spot, and as I walked towards them, I was pushed and fell to the floor of the bus. "Goddamn, so this is how my birthday starts, huh. I wonder who it could be that pushed me.." I said as I stared at the girl who "accidentally" pushed me, dear old Emily. We used to be best friends, till she backstabbed me, and ditched me. Now she hates my guts, and I don't even know why. "Good morning, loser." she said as she giggled. "Good morning, demon." I said. Everyone on the bus began to laugh. I got up and sat with my friends. We finally got to school. Annie Darling, Janey, and I got out of the bus and went inside. We then got to our first class, home ec. Apparently, there was a new student in the school, his name was James. It was his birthday too, and god damn he was hot. The whole class happy birthday to us. I felt so happy everyone actually remembered. When class finished, as I headed to my next period, James stopped me for a second. He introduced himself, said he came from Iowa. Then I introduced myself as well. Everything seemed to be going fine until something rather odd happened. James recognized my watch. He was literally in love with it, or so I thought. He asked me where I got it. "It was passed down from my grandmother. She passed away several years ago actually" I responded. "Bummer. Hey, mind if I try something with your watch?" he said. "Sure". He quickly grabbed my hand and then held it while he pressed the on the little flower the watch had on it. Suddenly, we went back in time. The year was in the 1970s and we were in Kansas. We appeared in a house. I was so confused at the time. "WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL?! WHERE ARE WE?! ARE YOU SOME KIND OF ALIEN OR SOMETHING?! TAKE ME B-" Shut up." He whispered. "We don't wanna wake the Winchesters up." "Winchesters?" "Yeah, we're at the home of the legendary Winchester brothers, and tonight is the night their mother dies." Chapter 2: Realization

Can I just ask you something? HOW. DID. YOU. DO. THIS. HOW ARE WE HERE?" I asked angrily. "Easy. Your watch. I recognized it easily. It's a watch from one of the Elite 5. It seems that your grandmother was Elite 1, 50 years ago. Elite 1 has the ability to travel back and forward in time. Elite 1's extra ability is mind reading. Your grandmother was one of the best Elite 1's the Camerots have had in years." He responded. "Elite 5? Camerots? Time travel? Okay, am I being pranked here? It's alright you can come out now!" "You're not being pranked, darling, this is all real." "Well can you at least explain what all this stuff is?" "It all started 2,000 years ago. It was when there was war between the Camerots and the Alinites. The Camerots were the people who controlled Earth at the time, basically the good guys. They controlled the Earth and the time with it. The Alinites were their sworn enemies. They had the power of enchanting and causing havoc. They wanted to have the world for themselves and create havoc everywhere. The Camerots decided to put an end to this war. So they created the Elite 5. The Elite 5 is a group of Camerots who have magical powers involving time and a extra ability to help them if they need it. Elite 1 is the master of the Elite 5, which I already told you can go back ward and forward in time and can also read minds. Elite 2 is the basically the backup leader. He or she has the power to stop time and only the Elites are immune to this so they don't freeze with time. Elite 2's extra ability is the power of super strength. Then, we have Elite 3 who has the ability to change time at the moment. For example, you might think it's 2:00 right now, well with Elite 3's power he or she can make it be 3:00 in a minute. Elite 3's extra ability is the ability to fly. Next is Elite 4. Elite 4 has the ability to make time slow down. Elite 4's extra ability is invisibility. And last, but not least, we have Elite 5. Elite 5's power is the ability to make anything disappear from time at the moment and he or she's extra ability is super speed. They were created to end the war and continue protecting the Earth. Once they thought they ended the war, they actually didn't. The Alinites still had some of their people around and they cast a spell on Earth. Every 50 years, different monsters the Alinites created in the war will come back from the dead and cause havoc in the world. The Camerots found out about this. So, every 50 years the descendant of an Elite will receive their powers, and they have to fight to protect the world from these beasts. There's this one important detail though. They receive their powers from an object that was created by the Camerots and passed on in the family. In your case, its a watch.". "Y-you mean... I'm an Elite?" "You sure are." "How do you know about all this?" "My grandfather told me all about it, he was Elite 2." "So that means..." "Yep. Meet your new fighting buddy." "Where do you get your powers from though?" I asked. "Me? Well, I get them from my grandfather's old golden ring." "So we're supposed to stop these evil creatures that come back from the dead?" "Yeah, pretty much." That's when I found out. I found out that plain, normal life, is gone forever.
