Tony leaned on the bar next to Natasha, finishing off his whiskey ad he watched Clint talk with Maria Hill across the room. "Tell you what," Tony said, placing his empty glass on the counter as he turned to Natasha. "I'll bet you ten grand Birdbrain over there can't get a girlfriend in the next two years."  Natasha paused for a moment before smiling and shaking the billionaire's hand. "You're on, Stark." Tony smirked and headed over to Steve, leaving the Russian to formulate a plan.

She didn't doubt Clint's ability to get a girlfriend, she just doubted his willingness to introduce said girlfriend to the rest of the team. He had always wanted to keep his private life separated from his job and the dangers that came with it, and Natasha couldn't blame them for it. She would do the same. But two years is quite a long time, and Natasha Romanoff was fairly confident in the likelihood of her convincing her best friend to date someone.

And maybe, just maybe, Clint Barton wouldn't need any help at all.
