A girl with (h/l) (h/c) hair lay motionless on the sandy floor of a cave behind some rocks near the shore, the water softly splashing around her body. Her (f/c) colored fins twitched a bit as the girl groaned, waking up...

Meanwhile, on the other end of the beach was a young peasant boy, probably in his teens, walking calmly along the shoreline. He usually goes on walks like this in the morning to clam himself down and relieve his stress, since his household was pretty noisy and chaotic most of the time. But somehow, today was different for him, since the young red-haired lad decided to go on the other side of the beach, a place they were forbidden to go to since it's where all the rocks there are "dangerous and deadly" and whatnot. Finally, he arrived at his destination. He smiled softly as he watched the breath-taking view of the scenery in front of him.

He slowly walked on top of the rocks and sat down, leaning his back on some more rocks. After a few more seconds of lying down, he suddenly sat up with a start. Was that a yelp of pain he just heard?
"Hello?! Is anyone there?!" He shouted, but nobody answered. With brimming curiosity, he slowly got up and walked towards the direction of the source of the noise.
(Y/n)'s POV
I blinked a few times before fully waking up. I looked around and saw that I was at a cave somewhere behind some rocks.
Wait. I WAS AT A CAVE?!
'Wait... Then where is everyone?! Why am I here anyway?! I have to get back, I-!'
"Ah!" I yelped in pain. I sat up and looked at my fin.
'That's not good... I'm injured... I can't swim for a few days...'
"Hello?! Is anyone there?!" I heard someone shout. My eyes widened, somebody heard me! Tch, the shout probably came from a human... If a human finds me here, then-! I shook my head, not finishing my thoughts. I started to slowly crawl to the Ocean... Or somewhere. I can't let a human see me! I haven't even gone more than a mere few feet when I heard footsteps coming.... They were near... I can't help but let a few tears fall. I heard a surprised gasp... I guess this might be the end of me....
