'Last set 18-24 in favor of the Cool Smashers with Y/N serving the ball',the announcer said as I was serving the ball.I throw the ball in the air and hit it with all my force and it was an ACE!

'You have done it again Y/N !'my coach said as he was patting my head.Great job Y/N you are definitely an ace queen!'Kate said in a mid-laugh.Kate is my childhood friend and my teammate.(Kate is actually my real life friend so
shoutout to you😘😂)At this moment  i feel so accomplished,I'm so proud of myself.I remember when I was in 6th grade...

FLASHBACK

'Are you kidding me!?'Zoe,our team captain,said.'You can't even receive a ball!''I don't even know why you're on the team!''You're not even worthy to be a volleyball player'.You're so slow!'.Tears began to slowly fall down my eyes as I hear this words.

I immediately ran to my friend,Kate.'What happened did someone hurt you?'.'Where is she/he?'.'I'm ok Kate'.'I think'.It remained silent while I continue crying.'I'm serious what really happened?',Kate broke the silence.'Zoe...'I said until Kate cut me off.'I knew it,that girl she's such a bully'.'Kate it's not her fault,I think I will never be a good volleyball player'.'Believe in yourself even if no one else do'Kate told me while she was comforting me.'Thanks Kate I will never even try joining that team if it wasn't for you'.'You'll see I'll be as good as you just a little more practice'

'Congratulations babe!'my boyfriend Donny said.'Thanks babe'I said as I was kissing him.'I'm just going to the bathroom real quick'He quickly said while he was running.

I'm confused the bathroom's the other way.So I follow where Donny was going.He went outside the court which is definitely not where the bathroom is.I saw him hug a girl and kiss her in the lip.The girl was ZOE?!

I can't believe this.I've been telling him about this girl since our first meeting.And he was cheating on me with her?!

I didn't make any noise.I instantly run away from them trying not to get noticed.Thankfully they didn't notice me.My teammates went back home.I told them that me and Donny will be having a dinner date.But I think that's already cancelled.

I continued crying.I noticed that there are people walking towards me.I opened my eyes it's 5 attractive guys.One guy,the one with the bleached hair asked'Are you ok,I'm Corbyn by the way'.I would be honest he's really cute.They all introduce their selves.So they're a famous band huh.Corbyn repeat his question.'Are you ok?'.'I'm ok,I think'said while i'm still crying.'What do you mean''I think'',Jack asked.'What will you do if you find out that your girlfriend is cheating on someone you really hate?'.I asked him back.He couldn't say anything else.'What if we all go out for dinner,I know somewhere to eat near here'Jonah said.'Yeah!Wanna come?'.Daniel said smiling at me.I thought for a moment.'Sure,well my plans with my boyfriend is cancelled so why not?'

So I was watching volleyball with my sister,Ashley.Ashley loves Y/N so much.She's her idol.She even forced me to watch this game.So I decided to bring the boys.Then I saw Y/N she's really pretty.She also is good at volleyball.When I say good I mean really good.Her spikes are the strongest.Her digs are insane.Her aces are on spot.And in every hit she still looks beautiful.Last set and they're still on the lead with 18-24.She was serving the ball.It was an ACE!Well I already knew it was an ace before she even serve it.But still,WOAH.I can see them so happy.I could tell that her coach is so proud of her.

I saw a guy walking towards her and gave her a kiss.It's probably her boyfriend.They're a cute couple I would be honest.'Look at the guy running away from Y/N',Jack said while pointing to that guy.

Y/N looks so confused.She slowly followed that guy.She disappeared for a moment.After a while we saw her running while wiping her tears.She sat down in the middle of the court and continued crying.

Me and the other boys decided to go near her.'Are you ok?,I'm Corbyn by the way'.She still looks good even crying.Jack,Zach,Daniel and Jonah introduced themselves to her.'Are you ok?',I repeated my question.'I'm ok,I think',Y/N said while she continued crying.What do you mean''I think'',Jack asked confusedly.What will you do if you find out that your girlfriend is cheating on someone you really hate?'.She asked him back.Jack couldn't say anything else.'What if we all go out for dinner,I know somewhere to eat near here'Jonah said.'Yeah!Wanna come?'.Daniel said smiling at Y/N.She thought for a moment.'Sure,well my plans with my boyfriend is cancelled so why not?'She said smiling at us.

Volleyball Terms Used In This Story:

VOLLEYBALL DICTIONARY
ACE- "ace" refers to when a player serves the ball and the opposing team is unable to pass it. An ace occurs when the ball either hits the ground or is shanked off of a passer making a second touch impossible.

SPIKE-A volleyball spike is an offensive action a player makes by hitting the ball with the hand by using a one-arm overhead swinging motion, attempting to get a kill.

DIG-A defensive player making a play on a ball that is attacked by the opponent. A dig is a defensive play made on a hard driven ball.

SERVE/SERVICE-A serve is used to put the ball into play to start the volley.
