"Emily! Can you come down for a bit? Please?" I hear my mom scream from the living room.

"Coming!"

Mom and Dad are shifting back to New York tomorrow till i have no idea when and leaving me all alone in our house. Only on the weekends tho; because I'm going to stay with Dad's one and only bestest friend since high school days.

As soon as I enter the living room, mom asks me to go to the mall and get her a extra luggage bag.

"Okayyyy" I say completely dragging boredom with my voice.

I don't like going to malls. I'm the type of girl who buries her face in books the whole free time she has. Literally.

I take the keys from my bedside drawer and take the money from mom and walk out. I walk down to my Range Rover which dad gifted to me for my 16th birthday. And now that I'm 18, I can finally drive myself. Finally.

I wasn't a mall person but I apparently knew everyone nook of this place. Literally every nook. I rush to the luggage area and pick up a plain black sleek luggage bag. Mom loves black. I inspect it and quickly payed for it.

I did have like 20 minutes more so I picked myself a new top and a bag of fries to fry. I soon as I enter my car, I see a homeless mother and daughter down the street.

Yes, we are kinda loaded. We don't brag over it. We live just a few blocks away from the rich rich side but we still have a proper house. But trust me, every time we have a chance with helping anyone in need, we do it.

I get down of my car and got 2 burgers from the McDonald's where I parked and walked down to the mother and daughter and handed it to them as well as a 20 dollar bill.

It would make them happy.

I walk back to my car and go straight home, waiting for me to have some family time with mom and dad.
