It was a normal day for Sofia. She was sick (as usual), and was laying in her bed at home. She heard a knock at the door and went to open it. "Daddy!!" She exclaimed, her heart filled with joy.
"Hi princess!" He replied, seeing his little girl dance around in the kitchen. He reached into his backpack and pulled out a soft, baby blue sweater. He hoped that his daughter would never know where he got it from.
"Thank you daddy!" Sofia said, taking the sweater from his hands. She fell asleep while watching Snow White with the sweater on.
The next morning, Sofia pulled on some shoes and grabbed her backpack. "Bye Daddy!" She said as she ran out the door to school. At school she played on the playground but she dropped the sweater while she was playing on the jungle gym.
