Alien of the night.

I was awakened on cold night by something at the foot of my bed. I sat up to see what it was but where it may be it was too dark for my light blue eyes to see through the darkness. I reached for my phone and turned on the flashlight. I turned my phone toward the foot of my bed to see a small cat-like alien curled up near my feet. I looked at the alien, and saw its fur a light shade of purple and a dark shade of red. I looked at its fluffy ears to see theres a little bit of gold-ish yellow at the tips. The alien starts to stir and looks up to meet my gaze. Its eyes were a pale blue with hints of purple. The alien gets up on its four paws and starts moving toward me.

Im frozen on the spot as it moves to sit in my lap. It looks at me and speaks. "I am here to tell you, Luna? That someone you care for dearly will be kidnapped by someone my kind hates." I don't know what to say but I find some words "what are your kind really? And why are you here to tell me this?" The alien sighs " My kind are like cats but we are called Delines. And I need to tell you this because you my now trusted ally need to know and help my kind are at war with the Keyledge and they know of you and your crush, they want both of you to help them in their battle against us."

I look at the Deline with a confused look "why do they want me and my crush? What do we have that you don't?" The Deline groans "why do you have to ask so many questions? They want you both because of the power you hold. And we dont have that kind of power. Now I don't think I told you my name?" I nod. "My name is Tanner." I sigh "its nice to meet you Tanner now do I have to come with you or what?" Tanner meows with cheer. "Lets get going."
