"I can't join you this time, Paz." My bestfriend, Gideon whined. "Besides, Uncle Stan entrusted the shack to me. Robbie and Wendy is hanging out for today and Soos hates being here so."
I sighed and just readied my things for hunting. Today I'm going to find out what kind of creature left the foot prints I saw yesterday. Putting the journal inside my bag, I exit the shack.
"Be careful!" Gideon's muffled voice was the last thing I heard when I entered the forest.
-
Okay maybe I should have listened to Gideon when he told me to be careful because right now, I'm in a deserted room in who the heck knows. You see, you can't blame me for slipping in a slippery mud especially if you were running from an unknown creature in the dark. For some reason, the bright forest I was walking to just suddenly got dark and since I'm alone, in a forest, with only my book and this creature who seems to give the aura like it wants to eat me, I fell in a small cliff.
Last thing I saw was a bright blue-ish light.
So back to my current state, the door opened revealing none other than, one of the mysterious twins, Dipper. There has been a lot of rumors about him liking me and him using magic. But mostly him liking me. I admit he is handsome but look, he creeps me out. He's too out going, unlike his twin, Mabel. You see, Mabel is what you call, a bookworm. She's literally carrying a book anywhere she goes and it sometimes creeps me out too. I mean she carries like, a hundred year old book.
My thoughts were cut off though, when Dipper spoke. "Why were you out so late, Pacifica?"
"Last time I checked I was out in the afternoon, it wasn't that late." I grumbled. "Where am I anyway?" I said as I look around the spacious room. The bed was really soft but I didn't want to be too comfortable.
"In our house, or mansion as the townsfolk like to call it."

If you ask the Pacifica a week ago about the thought of being best friends with the Dipper Gleeful, she would probably laugh in you face and say "that was a good joke". But you see, Dipper and I are now close. After the incident a week ago, we became bestfriends. Not as close as Gideon and I but still close.
He wasn't as bad as the townsfolk make him out to be. In fact, we relate to each others a lot. I often go to his and Mabel's mansion. I discovered that Dipper actually loves adventure, just like me! My week with him was full of travelling in the wood, sometimes, Gideon would join us.
Though, Gideon said that he doesn't trust Dipper, saying he was suspicious and something isn't right. I just shrug it off since Dipper don't act weird or anything.
When Mabel first saw us together in their living room, she just glanced up from her book and said something like "Just keep it down." Looks like Mabel doesn't like being disturbed when she reads. We don't really make any noise anyway since we're usually outside the mansion.
Those weeks though, is over. Yes, it was just my own little bubble. Unfortunately for me, Dipper was planning everything, all along. He knew that I had the 3rd book of the journals and befriended me to get it. Me being too trustful, I took the bait and now he got the book. He then revealed the 2nd book. He believes that I also have the 1st book, which I keep on denying.

"We don't have to do this, Dipper! Just stop! This is absurd!" Gideon and I looked up at the robot's head where Dipper was located. I'm still hoping that Dipper isn't this person, that he was kind, the best friend I had weeks ago. But I guess that hope was crushed when he tried to step on us. I glared at him, if this is what he wanted, then so be it.
Dipper Gleeful, you're going down. Literally.
