robron- our first time

Aarons POV
"ummm, no we aren't why? please paddy you said you would accept us. I know this is a big shock and probably not what you expected but he makes me really really happy so can't you just try and be okay with it, for me?"
Paddy hesitated.
"Please?" I had to keep begging him. He had to accept that I'm my own person and he can't make decisions for me!
"I'm sorry Aaron, I just can't. He's not good enough for you, you deserve way better. So if you're gonna get married then do it. But I won't be there" he didn't even sound at all sorry. I couldn't help but to break down in tears.
"Look what you've done to him! He's looked up to you like his father figure and on the most important and best day of his life you let him down by telling him you won't be there? Well I'm sorry paddy, but we love each other. If that isn't enough to persuade you to come then why don't you just stay away. All you ever think about is yourself and what you want anyway. What about what Aaron wants? Yeah that's right, he wants ME. And he also wants you to come and watch us commit ourselves to each other but if you don't care then don't bother. Come on babe lets go"
I held Aaron around his waist and guided him out the house. I slammed the door before we walked down the path.
"Thank you so much babe. That was amazing what you just said in there. I didn't know you cared so much" Aaron said, still sobbing.
"What? Of course beautiful! I asked you to marry me I wouldn't do that if I didn't care that much! Oh, come 'ere"
I pulled Aaron into a hug and he buried his head in my neck as my stood at the bottom of the path. I turned to my left to see paddy gazing out the window and we made eye contact. Straight away paddy looked away and pretended he was never looking at us. I just shook my head and continued hugging my fiancé. No matter what he said we made each other incredibly happy and he, or in fact no-one would ever change that.
Aarons POV
We got back to Roberts place and we sat down.
"I'm really sorry that didn't go how you wanted it to" I told Robert.
"Oi, babe listen, I don't care what he says. I love you and that's all that matters. We're still gonna get married right? No matter what anyone thinks or says" he reassured me. I just nodded.
"We still need to tell my mum, Diane, vic and Andy. If telling paddy didn't go to plan what if it doesn't with them either?" I started to panic more.
"Hey, hey look at me okay?" I turned to look in his gorgeous, sparkling green eyes. "It's gonna be okay. Paddy was the one with the problem when we got together, he obviously wasn't gonna be our biggest fan. Whereas chas, Diane, vic and Andy were happy for us. Why would they not be happy now? In fact, they'd probably be happier! Come on, let's go tell the, it's dark outside now!"
Robert leant over and kissed me quickly. We then looked at each other for a few seconds and placed our hands on each other's legs and started kissing each other again, but more passionately. We couldn't go any further right now as we needed to go tell them.
"Tonight, yeah?" I told him with a smirk.
"Yes. I'll be holding you to that." He smirked back.
"You better" I smiled and give him a peck on the cheek, grabbed his hand and we walked out the door hand in hand.
We headed to the pub because we knew my mum, Diane and vic would be there.
"Hey guys, we have some news" they were all standing behind the bar because I texted them that we were coming to tell them something.
"Well, go on then!"
we smiled at each other and held our hands out to show them.
"Is that what I think it is...?" My mum asked.
"Uh yeah. Robert proposed to me. I said yeah!" I anxiously waited for a reply.
"Oh son! I'm so happy for you!"
"Yeah me too!" Vic replied.
"Me three! I hope you'll be very happy together. When's the wedding then?" Diane laughed.
I breathed a sigh of relief.
"Haha! We've not gotten that far yet. We er- told paddy. He wasn't so happy about it. He told me he wasn't coming" I almost broke down in tears but I felt Roberts hand on my shoulder and I leaned into him
"Hey, but atleast everyone else will be though!" I smiled and thought about how amazing our day would be.
"Aww! I can't wait for the wedding now!" Diane cheered.
"Can I help plan?!" Vic asked. She sounded really excited.
"Yes sure vic" I giggled.
"A toast, to the soon to be wed Aaron and Robert!"
"Cheers!"
We all touched glasses and suddenly the door opened. In walked paddy, looking incredibly unhappy and shocked...

I've spent most the day reading other robron fanfics so I thought I would update this one. It's getting closer to the Christmas reunion! Well excited💛
