Rani's POV
I woke up around 7:25. I Checked my phone there was nothing new soi went down stairs to eat breakfast.
"Hey mom." I said while grabbing the milk and cereal.
"Morning dear."
"What time do you have to work today?" I ask
"Well my boss hasn't figured out my schedule yet but I'm working late today. I work 8am-7pm." She said while pouring more coffee into her mug.
"Mom its 7:30 shouldn't you get going?" I asked while sitting at the table.
"Thank you dear ill see you later." she kissed the top of the head.
"Bye mom love you."
"Love you." She said as she went in the garage.
Well since i have all day to do nothing why not get started. I sit on the couch and log in to my Netflix and put on an episode of the Walking Dead. I finally take a break from the walking dead after 4 episodes. I turned it to Frozen. Don't judge Disney movies are amazing. About half way through i got a knock on my door. I paused the movie and got up to open the door.
"Hello" said the woman.
"Hi."
"I was wondering if you could babysit for me today? oh and by the way im Elizabeth." She said with a big smile and holding out her hand for me to shake.
I shook her hand.
"Im Rani. uh where do you live because i would be happy to come over."
"Great. We actually live right next to you." She said while pointing to her house.
"So what time do you want me to come over?" i asked
"Is 45 minutes good for you?" She asked
"Of course see you in a bit." I said while starting to close the door.
"Wait i have to tell you one last thing . I have two sons And they pull alot of pranks just to warn you. But any way bye rani see you in a bit."
I closed the door and ran upstairs.i went to the bathroom and stripped my pajamas and started the water and waited till it got to my liking. I took a really quick shower and i grabbed my favorite blue patterned towel. Yes i have a favorite towel. i got out and dried off. i walked back to my room. i put on my light rose colored loose, t-shirt crop top that exposed a little bit of my stomach. i also put on my favorite pair of shorts. They had gold studs every where except the pockets. I walked back to the bathroom and blow dried my hair. I put on a thin line of eyeliner and applied a little bit cream. i also brushed through my deep chocolate brown hair which was down to my waist. I checked my phone and it was about 12:30 i had about 15 minuted till i have to go over to Elizabeth's. i decided to wear my white flower headband. i also packed a bag in case we go to the beach or other things like snacks. i grabbed my blue jean back pack and packed my blue and white zig-zag patterned bikini a towel and an Arizona and a small bag of cool ranch Doritos. after that i slipped on my plain black flipflops and left. i walked over to their house and when i reached the door and knocked. It opened right away i was expecting Elizabeth but instead i was greeted by a tahll boy with icy blue eyes.
"Are you one of Hayes' Friends?" He asked
"No im the new babysitter." I said
"Well im Nash. Come in.'' He said while stepping aside letting me in.
"Thanks Im Rani." I said as i took off my flip flops at the door.
I walk into the kitchen to see Elizabeth on the phone and a little girl sitting at the table playing with small plastic horses.
"Okay ill meet you there... oh Rani's here got to go." She Said while hanging up the phone
"Hey Elizabeth." I waved
"Skylynn i want you to meet someone." She said and skylynn walked over to her mom.
"Is She Nashtys girlfriend?" She asked.
I looked over at Nash's face it was bright red from embarrassment.
"No sweetie Rani is your new babysitter."
''OH" She mumbled
"Hey Skylynn." I said while getting on my knees so i could talk to her easier.
"Hey I have a question.... Will you play horses with me?"
"Of Course." i chuckled
"Yay." She ran and hugged me.
"Okay there's one more person of the family you have to meet." Elizabeth said while going into the other room.
"So Skylynn what do you like to do?" I asked her pulling out of the hug
"uhh.. play with my horses and watch Disney movies." she answered
I stood up "you're my kind of girl"
She giggled and asked if we could watch frozen. we waked into living room and frozen was playing already so i sat down and Skylynn sat in my lap and she fell asleep right away. Elizabeth came back down with a boy about my age and he had the same icy blue eyes as Nash.
"Rani this is Hayes."
"Hey" He said while a girl came down and whispered in his ear and he smiled.
"Hey Elizabeth where is Skylynns room she fell asleep while we were watching frozen." i asked while standing up with Skylynn
"Oh I'll take her." Hayes Said while taking her from my arms.
"Thank you." I said
"No problem." He said while turning around and walking back up stairs.
"Okay well she will probably sleep till tomorrow. your welcome to stay im going to go ill be home around 10:30 see you in bit." Elizabeth Said while walking out the door. Hayes and im guessing his girlfriend walk over to the door.
"Bye poo bear." I herd the girl say
"Bye." Hayes said while shutting the door. He walked in and sat down in the chair and started to watch frozen.
"Poo bear? really?" i asked while chuckling.
"Yeah i hate it when she calls me that!" He said while chuckling."Whats your name again. Im really bad with names."
"Its Rani." I mumbled
"I like it."
