grayson walked into school the next day, his eyes tinted red. glanced up and down every hallway, looking for david but couldn't find him. but he did find david's girlfriend liza.
"hey liza," the eighteen year old greeted the short girl, pulling her into a side hug. she smiled softly, accepting his hug before pulling away.
"david's sick unfortunately. but this is our new student, go on introduce yourself." liza said, whispering the last part to the boy that stood beside her. the boy blushed, sticking out his shaky hand with a small smile.
"e-ethan dolan."
grayson smiled at the boy's stutter, accepting his hand with a firm shake. all of a sudden he earned a new confidence, or maybe he was still high from a few days ago. if that's possible.
"grayson bailey. and wow, my day is 100% better now that you're here."
