The nightmares

Theo and Liam went back to the bedroom. Liam gets out the covers and the pillows and lays them on the floor. "So do you need anything?" Liam asked Theo. "Umm well, could I have a shower?" Theo asked. "Yeah, let me get you some towels" Liam said as he walked out of the room to get a few. He came back and handed them to Theo who was smiling. "Thank you" he said before stepping into the bathroom. While Theo was in the shower Liam got changed into a pair of sweatpants and a plain white shirt. The door started to open and Liam nearly froze when Theo came out in just a towel.

"Could I borrow some shorts and a top?" Theo asked combing his hair back with his fingers. "Yeah of course" Liam said still staring at Theo. He got up and took a pair of shorts and a top out of his draw and threw them to Theo. "I'll turn around" Liam said sitting on his bed. He turned around so he was now facing the wall. Theo dropped the towel and put on the clothes he had been given. "You can turn back now" Theo said. Liam turned around and got in his bed. Theo laid on the floor next to him.

They talked for about an hour before they both fell asleep. ••• It was 3am  and Liam woke up to the sound of Theo screaming. Liam looked over at Theo and realised he was still asleep. "He must be having a nightmare" Liam thought to himself before he got out of bed and crouched down next to him. Liam started to shake Theo softly. "Theo" he whispered "Theo wake up" Theo stopped screaming and opened his eyes, he jumped a bit when he saw Liam. "Are you alright? You were screaming" Liam asked worriedly. "I-I'm fine, I just had a bad dream" Theo says with a tear rolling down his face.

"Hey, hey listen" Liam says wiping away the tear on Theo's cheek. "You're alright, it was just a dream" Liam whispers lifting up Theo's face so they're looking into each other's eyes. Theo started crying and Liam pulled him into a tight hug. "Come sleep in my bed, it's comfier than the floor" Liam chuckles. Theo nods his head and smiles. They stand up and get into Liams bed. "Try and get some sleep I'll wake you up if you have another nightmare. "Ok" Theo says. Liams fell asleep and Theo watched him for a bit before kissing him on the cheek saying "thank you" He was too scared to go to sleep because every time he closed his eyes he could see his sister and he didn't want to wake Liam up again.

*7am the next morning*

Liam wakes up surprised to see Theo already awake looking at him. "Did you stay up all night?" Liam asked. "Yeah" Theo mumbled. "I couldn't get back to sleep so I stayed up" Theo said quietly "Do you wanna sleep now for a bit? I'll wake you up if I think you're having a nightmare." Theo shook his head. "Are you sure?" Liam asked. "Yeah I'm fine" he said. "So what do you want for breakfast?" Liam asked. "Pancakes?" Theo said "Sounds good" Liam says "but... how do I make pancakes?" Theo laughed. "I'll show you" he said. They got dressed then went to kitchen.

They took out all the ingredients and started mixing them all together to make a batter. Once everything has been mixed together they heated up the frying pan and poured in the mixture. As the pancakes started turning brown they flipped them. Liam got out two glasses, poured out fresh orange juice and laid them on the table. Theo picked up the pancakes and put them on some plates and took them out to Liam.

They eat their breakfast and then wash up. "So... What do you want to do today" Liam asks. "I don't mind, it's up to you" Theo says. "Maybe we could go get some ice-cream?" Liam says with a smile on his face. "Sounds great" Theo replies. After they put on their shoes and get ready they leave the house and drive to a little ice cream shop in town. They buy their ice cream and just talk for hours about everything and nothing.  They were having a great time until...
