I don't like this feeling, the feeling of unconformity. I feel out of place, out of body. I don't know if it's my brain taking havoc over my body, or the environment I find myself in. Where am I? Who am I?
"What is your name? What is your friggin name?!?! Come on think!" She hit herself in the head, her hair damp, along with her skin. Nothing but a soaked oversized t-shirt covering her body. No shoes on her person, her bare sole walking the pavement of this unknown city. No ID, no phone, no memory.
What happened?
She walked through the dark streets of this cold city full of light, full of unfamiliarity. She catches the glances of people, no one helps. No one cared. She sees an 'H' on a street sign with an arrow pointing forward. She holds her head in pain but follows the sign. After a few miles of walking tirelessly, she walked through the automatic doors of the hospital.
"Ex-Excuse me, ma'am. Can you please help me?" The lady at the desk rolls her eyes as she points her head to her. She plasters a fake smile on her face. "How can I help you, Miss?"
"I-I don't know where I am. Or-Or who I am? Or what year it is?" The lady at the desk continues to type on her computer and nod her head like she was listening to what she was saying. "Okay, fill this out and we will be right with you."
She hands her a clipboard of papers a pen connected with a chain. "I'm sorry, but I can't fill this information out. I just told you I don't remember anything. Not even a name or a relative." She nods her head again and shoos her away. Heat rises inside of her. She slams the clipboard down, knocking over a cup of pens in the process.
"Look! If I don't have someone help me right now! Or listen to what I'm saying! This hospital will have more problems than losing a patient! Do you understand Miss-" She takes a moment to look at the lady's name tag and notice her name is Gladys "Gladys!?" Gladys leaning back in her chair eyes wide as she starts to perspire. "Y-Yes ma'am, someone will be right with you t-take a seat...please?" She nods and sits down in the empty waiting room.
Content with finally getting serviced. She sees Gladys be approached by a doctor, she puts a hand to hide her mouth as she looks and head points towards her not so subtly. The doctor nods and rests a hand on her shoulder, Gladys swoons at the small gesture. The doctor walks up to her.
1st Person POV
The doctor was quite attractive, a light beard and light brown hair to perfectly accompany. Sugar brown eyes, passion in every blink. I'm swooning just being in his presence. He opens his mouth to speak and my ears are ready to listen to every word that comes out of his mouth.,
"V what are you doing here?"
