Daniel's POV-

I sat their looking at Zach and Corbyn for an explanation. Corbyn shrugged and Zach was looking at his phone. Zach nudged Corbyn and showed him his phone. Corbyn looked at me "Daniel do you forgive Jonah?" I shook my head Corbyn groaned obviously get impatient. "You don't understand what Jonah has been through he has literally walked hell and back sense..." I looked at Zach and Corbyn "Forget it" Corbyn muttered. I shook my head silently pleading them they turned around when it slipped. "Please tell me" I whispered but they obviously heard it. 

Jonah's POV-

 Memories are the worst form of torture. I sat in my close in my closet in the falling apart building. As I close my eyes I re-live the wrost day of my life, the day my world was taken away. (FLASHBACK) "Jonah quit playing with your powers." my mom scolded me as she sat in the kitchen stiring something on the stove. I groaned holding onto the counter as I sulked "But the flame is so pretty." She just smiled at me that award winning smile. "Yes, hun but you can't control it." I watched as she lit a flame I watched as animals appeared in the flames." My eyes wide like seeing a candy store. But as soon as I went to touch it it went out. I heard my little sister from her room suffling from the baby monitor. My mom got up grabbing the monitor and going to her room. I sat on the ground looking at my hands. I smiled and focused on making the flame appear in my palm the flame appeared showing the animals.... (PRESENT) I opened my eyes feeling the slight wet patches on my cheeks. I opened the door and got up I lost the people I love once and I am not gonna let this one slip by me. 

Daniel's POV-

I was on the verge of tears after just hearing a little bit. "He couldn't control it emotions have a way of making them self known through our powers." Zach said looking down "And they.." I couldn't get the words out of my mouth as a lump seem to form. Corbyn nodded slightly "He went into foster care but nobody wanted a murderer." "But surly somebody saw the beauty in him though right." Zach sighed "That's the thing with fire it is beautiful, but that's why when a fire is lit people stay back." I scoffed "You can't really tell me that people are gonna banish him his whole life from one mistake." They shrugged "So what are we gonna do about Jack?" Zachsked I looked around seeing his skateboard. "He will be back he left his skateboard which is his way home." They nodded and stood up "Wait where are you guys going?" I asked standing up "We have to get back to our houses it's about a 15 minute walk we have ankle braclets too" Corbyn said I nodded standing up hugging Zach. "Love makes you do stupid things." He whispered motioning to his my ankle braclet. They left and I sat down on the couch sighing did he really love me? I went to my room and grabbed a candle from under my sink and lighting it. I watched the flame dance in the little bowl like object.

Jonah's POV-

I was driving to Daniel's house when I saw Jack crying on the side of the street. I looked at the clock seeing it was 7 why is he out here. I pulled over right in front of him and got out. I sat by him as he continued to sniffle. Once he realized a presence by him he quickly got up in defence. I held my hands up in a surrender motion. "Jonah?" He said breathy I stood up "Yeah" He quickly slapped me. I held my cheek looking at him "That's for sleeping with me when you kissed my best friend." He put his hand to his mouth "Oh my god I slept with the boy who kissed my best friend." I looked at him "Jack I didn't mean too" He looked at me "How do you not mean to sleep with somebody." He sighed "Can I have a lift I have something important to tell Daniel." I nodded and we got in driving to Daniel's in silence. We parked outside "His parent's will be home in an hour give me five minutes to break the news too him first." I nodded and he got out 

Daniel's POV-

I was sitting in my room when I heard a knock on the door. I went downstairs checkign out the window seeing Jack. I opened it "Sense when do you knock?" I guestered inside and we sat on the couch. Jack looked around looking quit scared "Jack what's going on your scaring me." He looked down tears brimming his eyes. "I haven't been completely honest with you." He grabbed my hands and looked in my eyes. "I just want you, I want you with all your flaws, mistakes, smiles, giggles, jokes,and sarcasm Daniel I have loved you sense the 3rd grade and I slept with Jonah but just cause I couldn't get your pure and innocent self outta my mind. I was shocked and about to reply when there was another knock on my door. I opened it seeing Jonah "Jonah..." He held his hand up "Daniel love is like a fire, wheather it is going to warm your heart and be your light or take your heart and burn it leaving you in ashes is a mystery. And Daniel Seavey I want you to be my fire and if you break my heart into a million pieces. Well all I will say is I deserve it I was a a** to you I love you and will do everything in my power to get you to forgive me." I looked to Jack and Jonah "Sorry but he's mine" Jack said standing up. I saw Jonah looked like somebody just killed his puppy. "I never said that." "So your with me" Jonah said hopefully. "I never said that either." "Daniel at some point your gonna have to choose." Jack said "But we will give you time of course." Jonah said right after.
