Chapter III: Sacrifice

"I'm staying behind", Aliis says.

"WHAT!?" They both yell out. Aliis explains. "Someone has to deflect those Meteors when they shoot at the upcoming Ul." Eldreesa begs as she puts her hands on his shoulders, "But wouldn't that mean you will be last!?" Aliis takes her hands and holds them. "Don't worry about me, I'll be fine." Krowle bows his head and pats his back. "Just make sure You get back in one piece. Those meteors will kill you if you take too much." "I know, but I'd rather be the last to fall in order to protect billions." He notices the other Ul rushing towards the gate. "Go, now!" Eldreesa bows her head too and nods. Both her and Krowle flies off and follows the Plan, Krowle ricochets the hurling meteors back and Eldreesa pushes the two planets away. Krowle
begins to head forward, "Eldreesa I'm going in! I hope Aliis makes it..." She nods back, "Me too. Go, now!"

Krowle nods and is about to head in but a SWOOSH flew past him and all they hear is, "THANKS FOR THE OPENING YOU FUCKERS!! HAH!!"

Hel enters through the gate and before him was a crowd and the Conclave in front of him. But the crowd was silent and so was the Conclave. Yet Hel paid no attention as he kept cheering for himself, "HAHAHAA!! FUCK YEA I WOOON!! OH YEEAAAA BITCHES! WHO'S DA WINNER!? I AM! SUCK IT YOU SHITHEADS! HA!!"

Krowle came through the portal next and the crowd began to cheer and the Conclave claps for him instead of for Hel. "WHAT!? THE FUCK IS THIS!?" Hel grew furious as Krowle bows before the Conclave. Viilus raises his hand towards Hel, "Silence! Patience is in order. After all Ul enters within the next five minutes, Then we shall announce the results." Krowle raises his head in an instant and terrified. Krowle thinks to himself, "THIS WAS ALL TIMED!? FUCK!"

Eldreesa arrives next and Bows before the Conclave, the crowd still cheering. Krowle rushes to her and explains, "ALIIS HAS LESS THAN 5 MINUTES OR ELSE HE WILL FAIL THE TRIALS!" Her hands cover her worried face, "No! That can't be!" They both look at the Gate, praying that Aliis reaches to the gate safely.

A swarm of Ul enters through the Gate as they breathe heavy and in exhaustion. Past to the other side of the Gate, Aliis is seen fending off a multiple barrage of swarming meteors. He managed to stun them both, giving him the opportunity to find the Ul who was flown off while Aliis and the others were talking. He sees a trail of smoke and follows down to a nearby asteroid.

The Ul grovels in pain and Aliis helps him up. "Are you alright, fellow friend?" He asks as he lifts the fallen Ul. "Barely... Damn, that attack was nothing I've ever seen..." The fallen Ul rests his hand on his head to attempt to subside his headache. "My name is Jaika, and as you can see... I'm weak..." Jaike introduces himself. Aliis responds with kindness. "And mine is Aliis. You are not weak I assure you. If you were, then surely you wouldn't survive the barrage of meteors." Aliis responds. "Come on, lets get to that Gate. Join the others." He shows a face of determination and they both float off to join the other Ul.

Meanwhile on the other side, the time limit is down to three minutes and nineteen seconds. Eldreesa paces back and forth ad Krowle continuously taps his foot anxiously. Hel was having enough of this, "annoyance" from them both. He confronts them both with the most vile and disrespectful attitude yet.

"Could you both be more annoying, PLEASE!? Why do you care about such a lowlife loser like Aliis? For fuck's sake, He knows nothing but others. UGH! Who would support such a waste of time!?" Krowle stands up and looks down at Hel (Hel is 5 foot 10 inches, Krowle is 7 foot 3 inches) "And you claim to be his 'best friend!?' How could you be so cruel to someone who selflessly protects and serves the others who he doesn't know!? If anyone is annoying," Krowle raises his finger and pushes his head to where he gets knocked down, "It's you and your hindrance of existence."

Hel was about to respond back with even more of his rude gestures, But Krowle's face said it all: A man who has seen the good from another and would do anything to serve by his side, yet will not allow anyone to disrespect him without a "proper" response. Eldreesa walks over to Hel and simply says to him, "Hel, Why don't YOU shut the fuck up for once in your damn, miserable life?" Hel only stands up and walks away from them while mumbling more trash talk to them. Eldreesa is about to lunge at him about what he just said but Krowl stops her. "Let him be, Mojica's like him only thinks for himself and would never listen to reason. He may as well know that to go against another Ul is against one of the Principles." Eldreesa calms herself and replies, "Fine. At least he isn't a Huffer, Them cowardly liars..." Krowle nods. "For now, our main concern is for Aliis and his safe return..." Both him and Eldreesa stares back at the portal, still pouring out exhausted Ul. The time limit is now two minutes and four seconds and still counting down.
