( I haven't updated in FOREVER but here's something. I'll try to start updating more but school ya know, ok bye :) )
Fall is finally here, my favorite season. Nick had texted me to get ready early but I just love to procrastinate. After a while of siting around and doing nothing I finally decided to get ready.
I changed to a cropped mustard-yellow knit sweater, leggings, and uggs. After that, I put my hair into a cute messy bun then did my makeup. A burgundy matte lipstick, winged eyeliner, eyebrows, and my face. After I was finished I grabbed my phone and saw 5 missed calls. All from Nick.
I knitted my eyebrows together then called him "what does Nick want?" I said as I grabbed my bag then slouched on the couch.
"I've been here for about fifteen minutes Come out" he said then chuckled. "Alright" I said then hung up and ran out. "Holy shit how long did I take getting ready" I thought to myself as I walked up to his car and saw him leaning on the side.
I walk up to him smiling and get on my tippy toes and peck his lips. "That's all I get after waiting so long?" He said half joking. I giggled and said "oops" then kissed him. He smiled into the kiss then grabbed my butt. We separated then I curiously asked "so where are we going?"
He smiled and opened the door for me. We are going to a very cool...solitary...place, He said half smirking.
I raised my eyebrows and said "what will we be doing...in this very, solitary place...
He snickered and said "you'll just have to wait and see" he said as he got in the car and started driving. I got on my phone and put on some music. I smiled and saw he started down south, I knew exactly then where we were going. I bobbed my head to the music then rested my head on the window and looked out at the beautiful scenery
*An hour later of driving
The sky started getting dark and you could hear lighting crackling from a distance. I checked the time and it read "10:27pm"
''How much longer till we get where we're going?...it looks like it's gonna pour hard" I said still glaring at the clouds. "We still have about 45 minutes left" he said is a droopy voice. I looked over and saw he was tired, "hey do you want me to take over the wheel?"
"No, I'm fine babygirl. I can make it" he reassured me. I focused again on the window and saw the rain drops fall onto the window. "You know where we're going right" he said grinning. I looked over and smiled "...of course, the Cabin of our 1st date 3 years ago"
"I still can't forget your face when I asked you to be my girlfriend" he said blissfully then turned on the windshield wipers as it got harder to see. I baried my face into my palms and laughed "I must have looked like suck an idiot, I was going to go nuts if had not"
"But I did" he said then pecked my forehead. He kept driving and the pain kept on pouring down harder. "Nick we should stop by side or something, it's dangerous to be driving right now" I said looking into the forest. "We're almost there" He whined and kept driving. I inhaled then exhaled "fine..." I said then looked back at the window.
Another car was heard from off a distance so Nick slowed down. The car came speeding without any signs of stoping. "Nick!" I said anxiously. He nodded and slowed down and saw the car on the other side of the road he was driving really bad "I think he's drunk or something" I said. "Definitely"
The car seemed to have lost its control "hold on baby" he said trying to escape a hit. The car came across and crashed into our side making the car swerve then hit into a tree. Everything went black for while.
I regained consciousness and felt blood trickling from my forehead to my cheek. I groaned then worry flooded me as I looked over at Nick. His side was the one hit. I shifted and shook him a little bit "Nick!" I yelped. He groaned faintly. I looked over at his bleeding side then felt his pulse. He winced as I put my fingers on his neck. His pulse was so faint. "Nick! Please wake up!! We need to get you help !!" I said crying. My hands were shaking and i grabbed my phone and dialed 911 "crash-my boyfriend I said struggling "we need help! Now! He's Dying!!!" I yelled between gasps of air
""Calm down honey, are you ok? And we're are you located?" I cried harder when I said where we were going "Elish Cabins" " I don't care about me I need you to help him now!" I said and hung up. I looked over at Nick and touched his Jaw "PLEASE STAY AWAKE, DONT LEAVE ME" I yelled
Nick gulped and faintly said "I won't, I love you too much..." he began closing his eyes then made the effort to open them again. He reached towards his pocket and took out a small velvet box. I began to cry like I've never have before. "Will you marry me love..." he said softly while smiling. I couldn't stop crying but nodded. He grabbed the ring and put it on my finger. "I love you so much nick! Don't you dare leave me now" I said crying. He nodded then said "I love you y/n"
I saw the ambulance light through the pouring rain then jumped out of seat "hang on a little longer" I opened my door and ran out into the rain "HELP HIM! HES IN THE CAR!" I screamed at the top of my lungs
The man got out and said "mam we have to check the other driver" I grabbed his arm and said "NO, HES DYING AND IS GOJNG TO IF YOU DONT HELP HIM" I yelled through the pouring sound of rain. He sighed and went over to the car and picked him up with another paramedic and put him on a wheeled bed and brought him into the ambulance. The paramedic inside checked on him and sorrily looked over at me. "He's dead..." she said faintly before they closed the doors. I sobbed and and fell onto my knees in the middle of the empty road watching the ambulance drive away. "NICK!" I screamed with all my might then looked at the ring on my hand. "You left..."
I woke up panting and saw we made it to the cabin. The sun was setting and there were no signs it had just stormed. I looked over at Nick and hugged him tightly. "Woah babygirl are you ok?.." he said worried. "I am now" I said sighing in relief and wiped a tear that fell down my cheek. "No, you are not" He said then got out and came to my side of the door and opened it. I got out and hugged him. "I just had a bad dream" He examined my eyes then tucked a stray hair behind my ear then swept me up bridal style "I'm here, you're safe" he reassured me before kissing me softly and opened the door.
