It has been a month since Keith left of a mission with the blade of marmora the Castle was a bit different then usual everyone missed Keith but out of all of them lance miss him the most in the time that Keith was gone lance started to get weary about shiro he was acting different and lance was the only one that noticed. It had been a week and everyone was sitting in the lounge room pidge matt and hunk were talking about some sightsee stuff
Allura and shiro were practising fighting moves it went quite and the door opened Keith walks in " KEITH!! " everyone rushed to see him lance looks at Keith as he holds his chest he hadn't felt like that in a long time Keith turns his attention to lance. Lance felt a sharp pain in his chest he could fell himself go all red Keith noticed lance face was all red " you ok lance you look all red and flustered" lance took a deep breath "yeah but you look just as red as me" Keith's Heart jump out of his chest. the whole day Keith caught up with everyone talking about things they did and the ventures he had. that night Keith sat on his bed "what's this feeling" he started to hold his chest and frantically breath he calms down his nerves and leaves his room he walked down the hall way and stops at a door he knocked ones
Keith had just realise what he was doing but before he can respond the door opened.
Lance stood the other side of the door " hey is everything ok" "Um yeah sorry can I come in" "sure so What do you need ?" Ummm what do I tell him he'll just laugh at me. Before Keith could say anything he felt a sinking feeling Keith drops to the floor and lance grabs His aim and pulls him up "wow are you ok" "I don't know it just got really hot all of a sudden" "ok hold on" lance picks Keith up and rested him on his shoulder lance walks into the lounge room and allura was reading some Alien book "hey Allura can you help us" Allura put down her book and comes over to see what was wrong "mm I'm sorry I don't know what is happening let me get coran " Keith leaned back on lance Keith started to get a fuzzy feeling soon he realised it was because he was with lance Keith turns around "Keith what's wrong" as lance was going to tell keith something coran walked in "Keith come here" coran examines him Keith started to get worried "well i didn't think you'll get this but you're going through heat ?" "I'm going through WHAT!!!" " all galra go through heat it lasts at least a week unless you mate with someone then it should go right away Keith started to panic "what no I can't stay like this all week" lance puts his hand on Keith's shoulder "hey Keith it's ok you can get through this I'll help you" there eyes meet Keith's feeling for lance grow deeper that night Keith was trying to sleep when he hears a knock on the door "Who is it ..... Lance?
" hey Keith can I come in" lance said with lust in his voice
Before Keith could respond lance leans closer to him and puts a finger on Keith lips "shh it's ok" he didn't know what to do then out of know where Keith grubs lance and throws him on the bed and leans over him He couldn't control himself he looks down at lance and Stared's in his eyes "no I can't do this!" Keith looks back to lance He's eyes widen when he saw that lance wasn't there he exhale "it was just a dream" he heard a voice saying to go to him it wouldn't go away so Keith go to lance's room he stands out front of the door he talks a deep breath and knocked on the door lance open the door "oh hi Keith you ok to hot to sleep" "um hey lance would it be weird if I sleep here tonight" Keith go so Embarrassed he went to turn around when lance grabs his arm "it's ok I said I would help you didn't I" "thanks" Keith sits on the bed as lance grabbed a mattress "you can sleep on the bed" "what no it's your bed you can sleep here" " it's ok I don't mind" lance gives him a soft smile and Keith gives up.
As Keith was trying to sleep all he could think about was lance then that voice came back I need to touch him no yes I need to touch him no I can't yes you can. Keith couldn't help myself he gets up and walked over to lance trying not to wake him up Keith finds it easier to sleep next to lance. Morning lance felt as if he was a teddy bear he managed to turn around to see Keith's face he could have swear he heard Keith purred Keith opened his eyes. Lance and Keith where inches away form each other "WHAT" Keith jumps up "I'm so sorry I don't know what happened" lance didn't say anything "I..I'm sorry" Keith bolts out of the room leaving lance to try to understand what had just happened.
