'Come on, Come on....' I thought to myself while glancing at the clock. 'OK, only two minutes left.' I then looked at my teacher, Miss Anuthra. She wore a purple long sleeved dress with a black knee length skirt. She wore some black high heels to complete the outfit. Ok, I have to admit it. She looks so casual yet so fashionable at the same time. I focused on the subject she was teaching when I felt a paper airplane hit me at the back of my head. I opened it and read it;

I just wanted to inform you about our project. This is it. No turning back now. Too late to chicken out now. Also, its your turn to bring in snacks for everyone. Joyce said she would bring about 7 bottles of different flavored sodas to celebrate if we succeeded. BTW, don't bring much. Ready to change your life?

I grinned after reading the note. I folded the note and put it in my back pocket. I can't believe it was actually happening. We worked on this 'little' project for months. This school also let's their students work on crazy projects all they want, so we took that advantage to make this project happen. All of the hard work (Mostly cash spent because this thing ain't cheap) will finally pay off. I looked at the clock again. '5.....4.....3.....2.....1.... Halleluyah!,' Then, the bell rang. I crammed all my thing and made a mad dash to my dorm room. I forgot to mention that this academy also has a boarding school program which my parents took advantage of by having an excuse to kick me out of the house. I made it back and found out that my dorm was empty. I guess Gary won't be back soon. Gary is a senior of mine and the brother of my friend, March. He's a chill and awesome bro. I'm lucky I chose to live in his dorm instead of Gabe's because I had two choices that time. Anyway, I looked at the clock and it read 3:55 p.m. I decided to take a shower, head to the store for some snacks and take a quick nap.

{1 hour later}

Crap, crap, crap, crap, CRAP!! I can't believe I over slept. I'm gonna be so goddamn late. I was supposed to be there about 35 minutes ago! I wore the same sweater with some jeans. I also wore some Nike shoes to go with it. I made a sharp turn to the left and ran towards the gates.
The security guard allowed me in, chuckling at my always late behavior. I ran up the stairs and crashed myself onto the private lab's door. I thanked the gods that it wasn't the school's lab or else I was dead the next day. I panted hard. Jay then brought me to my working station which is damage control. Me and Jay are supposed to check every part of the machine to make sure nothing goes wrong. From the generator to the control panels for any damages. I then did my normal rounds of the day. I checked on the others out as well. Adele was working with Delcher on the coding's for the machine. Sometimes I just think these two are secretly dating during work time. Seriously, once I saw Adele kissed Delcher on the cheek for Valentine's day. I'm just hoping Adele would be less denser on the whole love topic so they can go out already. I swear that I saw their picture on the 'shipping wall' with a big heart on it. I bet 100 bucks she will notice it on the day we graduate from this place. The robotics are handled by March, Eshana, Amber, Cedric and Nicole. I'm actually impressed on how they work together as a team. Even if Cedric shows off to piss off Naza.
Moving on, we have Chong, Joyce, Aldo, Aaron and Naza working on the chemicals to make more fuel for the machine's generator which involves lots of nuclear stuff. I then head back to the kitchen (Because we fuckin' own the place after school hours) to see what the other have brought.
I drooled at the sight on the kitchen counter. It looks like an all you can eat buffet but with junk food. I scanned the counter to see the variety of junk food until my eyes laid on a particular chocolate cheese cake. I didn't know March was bringing anything but I didn't care as long as I have my share, its good enough for me. Wait, I have to make sure that it is from March. I don't want anyone (mostly me) to digest some of Naza's pastries. I cut out a small piece and ate it. ITS AMAZING! Yup, its March. I went back out and rechecked everything. When I passed the robotics area, I saw Jay bugging Nicole about something and she's trying so hard to not get distracted by him. 'Heh, seems like a good ship.' I said to myself, grinning. I reminded myself to update the shipping later. I needed a nap. I threw myself to one of the bean bags near my working station and made myself comfy. I then fell asleep.

(60 minutes timeskip)

I jolted awake to the sound of someone screaming. I'm having a theory its Aaron screaming. I didn't know he can go that high. I stood up and stretched myself. I then went to check if everyone was okay. I searched everywhere but I couldn't find anyone. That was until I found the machine's gate-like part was widely open. I went closer and closer. Suddenly, I felt like I was being sucked in. I then held on a table and shouted out for help. I saw the door opening. The security man! I then yelled out, "MR SECURITY MAN! HELP!!!!" I saw him go towards my directions and suddenly stopped. I was confused. What was he doing? He then stepped on my hand. I then yelled out in pain. "See you later, boy." He said when I was sucked into the portal. Then, everything turned black...
