[BAP DaeJae] Heads On Shoulders

"Ah! Let's send a message to the PD-nim and take a look at our next mission."

Daehyun fished out his phone from his coat pocket and sent a quick message. They waited for a minute or so before the phone 'dinged', notifying the two of a reply.

"Newlywed Idol Edition. Viewers Choice B.A.P Daejae! Mission 2 is to book your lodging with Hotels Combined or Airbnb for the next 3 days!"

Hotels Combined and Airbnb were sponsors of the show so they were only allowed to use either of the two.

"Hyung, since it's your hometown, you probably know places that are fun so I will go with your decision."

Daehyun frowned. He barely knew the place since it changed so much. In addition, he mostly only went out of the house for school, singing lessons, busking and the occasional Karoke sessions.

Suddenly, an idea popped into Daehyun's mind.

"I think we should stay in this area for 2 days with Hotels Combined. Then, the last day we can live in a house by the field?"

"That's sounds like a plan!"

Youngjae animatedly replied. They both searched on the phone for a hotel. Youngjae felt that they should get something cheap and share a room since they only had $1000 USD worth of money.

Soon, the boys found a hotel just along the Haeundae Beach. They browsed through the pictures and were surprised. There was one large bed and a very nice bathroom for just $50 USD a night! They immediately agreed on the choice and booked it.

Youngjae decided to give the hotel a call to confirm their booking and to make a few enquiries.

"Hi, I have a reservation for two nights under the name YooJung? Yes. Ah, so you do have records of it? Okay thank you very much. We will probably check in tonight. Yup, before 9. Thanks!"

Youngjae hang up the call and gave Daehyun then the camera a thumbs up.

"Where should we go now?"

"Let's head down to the beach first!"

They went to the nearest bus stop and took the bus that brought them to Haeundae Beach in ten mintues.

"Woah daebak.."

Youngjae jaw dropped at the sight in front of him. The sun was beginning to set and it was right on the edge of the horizon. The colours spread and mixed with the blue in the sky creating this magnificent color that was so different and so unique. The orangey hues made the sky slightly pinkish and purplish.

Youngjae had always admired the sky. It was everchanging and no sunset or sunrise was ever the same. Always unique and always admired.

Something he wished him, his members and BAP had the same effect on the general public.

"Wanna chill at the beach? We could do whatever the next day and this fits the theme too."

Daehyun spoke, seeing how Youngjae was so dazzled by the beach.

"Yes please."

They took of their shoes and held onto it as they stepped on the sand. Of course, the sea breeze made them feel cold but the fine grains under their feet gave them a warmth as the beach was heated up by the sun rays the last few hours.

Daehyun kept on filming; the sand, the footprint trails, the scenery and Youngjae. He still looked mesmerized by his surroundings that he barely spoke.

Youngjae's eyelids fluttered close as he breathed in the distinct occean smell. He smiled as he felt the sea breeze. Scrunching his toes, he felt each grain moving, under pressure, between each toe. Youngjae genuinely felt euphoric and pleased with the trip. It was a time of much needed healing and he got just that.
