givice destressing is a completely different experience for everyone. avoiding negativity and surrounding yourself in positivity is one of the most important factors. when sadness takes over, self care is dreaded but i assure you, take a bath, avoid scales, eat as healthy as you can while still assuring you are fed enough. kiss someone if you can, hug, communicate. listening to classical music is a completely thought stopping process instead of listening to heavy rap or screamo. explore outside even if it's just the cracks in the street or the oil stains in the driveway. get fresh air, sunlight, take pictures even if your camera has the worst quality. please take care of yourself.
