The Date

Two weeks have past since Zach took me out and surprised me with Daniel. I really don't know what to do now I love both of them. I have to pick I can't do this to them. I can't lose either of them.

I told Daniel what Zach had told me. Daniel said he is 100% ok with whatever I decide because he wants me to be happy. This is really hard it's always been Daniel and Zach's always been my best friend. So I decide to get Zach a girlfriend since I can't have him myself. My best friend Addison lives two houses down from me, so I could call her and set her up with Zach.

*Addison comes over
I introduce Zach to Addison. I'm pretty sure they'll be really happy since Addison already has a massive crush on him since I started talking about the boys. They leave to go to Dinner Bell and Daniel and I are here all alone.

I'm happy with Daniel but I feel a hole starting to grow in my chest knowing that Zach is out with Addison.

*pipers phone starts buzzing uncontrollably
I go check my phone I had 17 missed calls from Zach and two unread messages.
They'd been in a wreck and need Daniel and I at the hospital.

I'm so worried, what if they're hurt. I can't live with having my best friends hurt because I sent them out together.

*we get to hospital
I see Zach in the waiting room. I run up to him and squeeze him tight. He's shaking and there are tears falling down his face. I've never seen Zach this shook up before. I ask what happened, but I got interrupted by the doctor running out to tell us she's gone.

I've been best friends with Addison since kindergarten and now she's gone. It's all my fault I should've never set her up and sent her on a date. The doctor said the impact from the wreck caused her spine to burst and killed her. I ask to see her. They won't let me back there because they have to do an emergency operation. I'm confused to why they need to do that if she's already dead why do they need to operate.

The doctor walks out with a blanket and.........
