I laughed at him but sent him a picture of what i was wearing

I woke up the next morning and ran to my closet. I picked up the dress I had planned bed and put it on. I added and old sailor's hat I had to it. Late last night Jacob and I went to an old vintage stalk store to find his outfit.

I left the house early so I could pick Jacob up. We wanted to arrive together also. I had on a light blue and white mini sailors dress and a light blue headband with a bow. Jacob was supposed to wear a matching outfit with pants and a long sleeve shirt.

While waiting outside his house I couldn't help but remember when we younger how we would always match outfits. He didn't want to go at first but when he came out his house, he looked really cute. He hopped in my car and his face was so red.

"What wrong?" I asked taking off.

"This outfit." he said motioning to his whole outfit. When he looked at me his eyes got huge. "What are you wearing?" he asked loudly.

"What I sent you a pic of.... " I asked Kind of questioningly. We were pulling into the school parking lot.

"I didn't know it was that short!?" he was almost yelling. I turned my car off and got out. Jacob got out and ran to my side.

"I also didn't think you'd look good in that." I told him. He looked down at his outfit.

"You picked it though." he said. He put his arm around me and we walked into school. Everyone in the halls turned and looked at us. Some people even took pictures. Jacob just kept walking and wouldn't stop until we were seated for first period.

"Thank god that's over." he said sitting invisible seat. Slowly the class filled up. When Zach and Blake came in the stopped and stared at us. They walked over with a weird questioning look in their faces until they stopped in front of us.

"What are you guys wearing?" Blake asked as they sat down. Zach just looked at us. He didn't say anything or make a move to say anything.

"Alright class. We have nothing to do today so I want to go around the room and everyone to tell us what era they are from." Mr.grimes said as he walked into the room. One by one everyone stood up and said what era they were from. There were very few people who dressed together.

When it was our turn Jacob and I stood up. "We are sailors from the early 60s." I said and Jakob sat down. I was just about to sit down when Mr. Grimes asked a question.

"so, Uhm why did you guys match?" he asked. I smiled a little bit.

"Jacob used to be my best friend until he moved away." I told the class then I look at Jacob "Isn't that right Jakey?" Jacob smiled at me and stood up.

"Yes it is Ari." then the class start to whisper. I couldn't tell what was being said but they all looked confused. We sat down and Jacob leaned in really close.

"come to my house after school?" he asked. I shook my head no.

"I'm preparing for a party. Oh BTW can you spread it around that I'm throwing a party tonight? Thanks!" I whispered back. He rolled his eyes and took his phone out. He texted a group chat. Within seconds everyone's phones rang and they started to whisper again.

I had on a plain white halter top with a crescent moon over my heart and light blue jean shorts that ended just below my butt. I had also added a black choker.

I looked at the clock and smiled. 7 o'clock,i went to the door and opened it. People should be getting here soon. First to walk in was the squad. Zach, Blake, cam, Mario, Nash, and Hayes all walked in together. Jacob was already at my house helping me set up for the party. We all sat there and waited for people to show up. Soon enough there was a huge group of people who showed up together. As the night went on more people showed up and the party was a success.

There was a group of 5 or 6 people who I didn't recognize but the guys did. The guys walked up to them.

"Danny, you need to leave now." Jacob said firmly. The guy he was talking about laughed.

"Boys, we are just here to have a nice time." Danny said pushing past Jacob and the guys. He walked right up to me "what do we have here?" he asked putting a piece of hair behind my ear. I slapped his hand away.

"Don't touch me." I said. Danny smiled.

"feisty, I like them that way." Danny said leaning in way too close for my liking. He whispered in my ear "You can't just know who I am and not want me. Everybody wants me." he said. I rolled my eyes.

I stood on my tiptoes and whispered in his ear "Not me." I then walked away.

"Wait. At least let me introduce myself." he yelled trying to catch up to me. I looked back and he was right in front of me. "I'm Danny, and these are my boys. Tanner, Manny, Nathan, and Aidan. " the said pointing to the guys behind him. I looked at them and smiled but I rolled my eyes when I looked at Danny. Just then my phone rang. The time was 11:58, it was a text from Jacob.
