Theo's pov:

"Uh you hungry? I made bacon and eggs a few seconds ago" I say taking myself out my thoughts before I thought anything else, I'm just going to pretend I don't like him and hope this feeling goes away. "Um yeah I'll be there in a second" Liam replied and I walk to the door than I close the door waiting for him as I eat.

After a few minutes waiting he walks out dressed looking very nice, god what's wrong with me, "Mhmm looks great thanks Theo" he says sitting beside me pulling me out of my thoughts and eating his bacon and eggs. I smile then Liam stares at me "Why are you smiling?" Liam asks "Ugh why can't I smile is it a crime" I grown then I hear him chuckle, "No but it's nice that something makes you smile, but where'd you learn to cook?" He asks and I chuckle "I can't I just know the basics" I reply back. "Oh well just so you know, I'm not very good I know a thing or two but yeah that's it" Liam sighed and I nod.

"That's okay Liam I don't mind cooking for us until I get my own place and job" I say, "Are you sure, cause I do normally cook my dinners but yesterday I didn't think you'd like it so that's why I decided take out but it was really great pasta" he smiles. Gosh he's so cute focus Theo
"Yeah I'm glad you liked it I made the sauce myself the rest were in packets" I chuckle "Really!?" Liam face turns into shock, I laugh "Yes Liam, you didn't have any sauces so I made one that'd be nice" I say.

A few hours passed of silence it was now 12:56 "Hey Liam, do you want to go out and eat something?" I finally ask sounding like I asked him on a date, "Uh sure that'd be nice and we can both look for jobs and later I can finish my homework from yesterday cause it's due on Tuesday I think that's what she said" he replies and I nod, "Why are you getting a job if I may ask?" I say, "Well because I'm graduating soon and I'd like to get a job because things will be easier" he said back and I nod.

"Do still miss you're ex girlfriend or have you got a new one?" I ask, "No I don't miss Hayden and no I don't have a new girlfriend, this my sound weird but I'm trying to find the right person to be with and no one at my school is like that from what I see and just don't know. How about you, do like anyone or have a girlfriend?" He asks in a strange tone that I didn't recognise, "No I don't have a girlfriend but I do like someone who probably doesn't return the feeling" his mouth changes into a O shape and I get up hoping to change the subject until I hear his heart beat get faster like it might explode than mine does the same what the hell is wrong with me?

"Theo where are you going?" he finally asks, "Didn't you want to get lunch and a job?" I say sounding more angry than I should, last month I got my Chimera powers back and I didn't kill anyone, "Oh right sorry he gets up and goes out the door as I do the same, he locks it. And we walk down the street and go to a cafe after we order we sit down, "Do I know the person?" Liam asks and I look at him confused, "Uh the person you like I mean" he says and I sigh. "Quite well you'd say actually but honestly this person is the only one that doesn't hate me and I see them a lot at the moment" I say not trying to sound like it's not him.

Liam's pov:
"Oh okay" I reply back sounding disappointed, "Liam why the fuck are you having lunch with Theo!" Mason whisperer yells that makes my heart sink and take me out of my thoughts. "Uh cause he's staying with me and we're getting a job!" I say calming down, "You know if you're gay you could've just told us instead of running to a fake phone call" Mason replies, "We are not dating! Mason!" Theo says angrily, "Look I know you've changed Theo but if Liam trusts you still then we do too I'm sorry I thought you guys were together" Mason said and I nodded, but why is Theo acting so weird then Mason and Corey leave leaving Theo and I looking for a job.

I sigh then Theo looks at me strangely "Liam are you ok?" He asks as I head to my apartment door unlocking it, "Yeah just it was a stressful day I better do my homework if you need me I'll be in my room" I say, walking to my room than I feel him grab my hand that makes my heart go faster, "I've got my Chimera powers back, I thought I should tell you" he says leaving me in disbelief and in shock how the fuck can that be possible? "I didn't kill anyone I swear if that's what you're thinking about" I smile and go back to heading to my room but I stop dead in my tracks to hear his heart it was as fast as mine, than I close my door sliding down like an idiot why can't I do it, what's wrong with me, am I that afraid of him not liking me back.

I sob and hope he doesn't hear me cry since I'm trying so hard to be quiet when I hear a knock on my door, "Liam? What's wrong?" Theo asks, he must've noticed my mood change and my crying, I wipe my tears away and open my door to see a slight smile on his face with concern.
