At the orphange/new home

Emma's pov ...............

I am in California filming a movie called the circle and while I was in town and decided to adopt a child; I always wanted too. Maybe around 10 -16 maybe yeah

At the orphanage..........

Lady: hi can help u ?

Emma: yes I am here to adopt a child

Lady: oh yes and child specific

Emma: yes a girl

Lady: around what age

Emma: around 13 maybe

Lady: why yes , we have someone here ; follow me

(Emma follows the lady to the girls room)..............

Lady: Emily

Emily:(looks up) hi

Emma: hi what's your name ?

Emily: my name is Emily . Who are you?

Emma: my name is Emma ; why don't u tell me about yourself?

Emily: I am Emily Kingston; I am 13 years old. My parents died when I was 1 years old ; I have been here since I was two years old. Nobody wants me that's why I have been here for so long .

Emma: I am sorry sweetie ; say what do u like to do?

Emily: I like to watch tv , draw , write , pull pranks

Emma: how would u like it if I adopted u ?

Emily: (happy) really !?! Me

Emma: yes (smiles big)

Emily: (hugs her) thank u

Emma:(hugs back) your welcome sweetie. Now go pack your stuff and I will sign the adoption papers okay

Emily: okay

(Emily goes to pack ; while Emma goes to sign the papers) ...............

Lady: okay just sign here and there

Emma: okay

Lady: okay now Emily is now your daughter congratulations Emma

Emma: thank u .

(Emma goes to get Emily)...........

Emma: u ready hun

Emily: yeah

Emma: are u ready to see your new home

Emily: yes . So what do I call u ?

Emma: u can call me Emma or mom either one until u feel comfortable okay sweetheart

Emily: okay

(They arrive at home)...............

Emily: wow this house is fucking huge

Emma: language

Emma: opps sorry Emma

Emma: it's quite alright; don't curse again understand

Emily: yes I understand Emma

Emma: okay . Go pick a room and unpack then come down and we'll discuss rules

Emily: okay Emma

(A hour later).................

Emily :(comes downstairs and into the living room)

Emma: okay Emma u can sit okay

Emily: okay Emma (sits down on the couch)

Emma: okay so the rules are

. Doing as your told the first time

.  No cursing

. Don't be rude or disrespectful

. No pulling pranks

. No smoking

. No drinking

. No sneaking out

. If I give u a curfew don't miss it

. No fighting or arguing

. No boys in your room especially with the door being closed

. Must be polite at all times

. No stealing

Emma: understand the rules

Emily: yes

Emma: now the consequences are:

- grounding

- things get taken away

- house arrest

- now if u do something bad or dangerous u will get a spanking

Emma: if u follow the rules u don't have to worry about the consequences understand
