y/n huffs and crosses her arms as she slouches in the chair.
she furrows her eyebrows in annoyence.

" i will find him, i promised to myself that i would. "

lisa shakes her head slowly, in disagreement and disbelief.

" alright, students. sit up! i don't want any slacking in my classroom! "

mrs min yells, her high pitched voice hurting everyones ears making them groan. mrs min slaps her ruler on the desk to get everyones attention.

" we have a new student "

she waves at the door, gesturing whoevers standing outside to enter.
he walks into the room, whispers already starting.

"omg he's so hot"
"he's so cute!"
"he's going to be mine go away ladies!"

y/n mentally rolls her eyes and looks up to the new student. once she looks up the young man is already looking at her so she quickly looks back down in embarrasment. something about him is familiar but y/n can't quite latch onto it.

" introduce yourself then, we haven't got all day boy! "

mrs min shouts.

his wide smile now lingering on his face, again.. so familiar to y/n.

" hello, im jeon jungkook. please treat me well! "

he bows and all the girls swoon over him and batter their eyelashes.

" great, now that's over with how about you sit next to...."

y/n crosses her fingers under the table hoping it not to be her, since there's a space next to her, and all of his fangirls will attack.

mrs min points over to where y/n is sitting.

y/n glances at him and she sees jungkook whisper her name and look away with a confused look on his face.

y/n groans, his footsteps can be heard getting closer until he finally pulls the chair out and sits down.

" hi "

y/n sits up straight and looks at him into his dark, hazel eyes.
they stare at eachother for a while, and y/n blushes but they don't lose eye contact.

" hello "

y/n squeaks out. covering her mouth with her hand as she does so.
jungkook then giggles.

wait.. i know that smile and giggle.
i knew he was familiar, it's him.
the one i've been searching for, for 8 years. i've finally found him.

y/n's jaw hangs open without her even noticing until jungkook points it out.

" why so surprised, y/n? "

y/n shakes her head and regains focus. she bites her lip and looks away with a sad look lingering on her face.

what if he doesn't remember me?
what if he does remember me but he just doesn't care anymore?

all these thoughts building up inside her head get interrupted when something gets put down infront of her.
she looks down.
her eyes almost tearring up.
