I Wish

A new beginning

Toni's pov:
I woke up this morning to the alarm clock ringing letting me know that it was time for me to wake up and do my normal hygiene

I grab some clothes out of my drawer and went into the bathroom to shower. I made sure that the water was just right for me to get in and it was just right. I was still EXTREMELY happy about what happened last night and how my life was about to change forever.

I step out of the shower with only a towel wrapped around my body. I quickly dry myself off and get dressed and finished the rest of my hygiene. I then walk downstairs to my mom cooking breakfast... And boy did it smell YUMMY!

Ms.Evelyn: Good morning baby, today is your off day from work why you up this early?

Toni: Mom, this producer gave me his card last night when i was at the gas station putting some gas in my truck and he asked me to come to his in-home studio today, but don't worry I'm not going alone Janet is coming with me.

Ms.Evelyn: Ok good, have some breakfast before you leave.

Toni: Ok *fixes plate then sits down and eats food* mmh Mommy this is so YUMMY!

Ms.Evelyn: *laughs* I know little girl now hurry so you won't be late.

Toni: Ok Ok... *finishes food and hugs and kisses her mom then leaves and heads for Janet's place*

Janet: Well about time you come I been waiting 20 decades *gets in truck*

Toni: Janet you live two houses down from me. You were NOT waiting 20 decades *laughing and shaking my head*

Janet: Well it felt like it! *folds arms and turns head*

Toni: I swear you act like a five year old! *still laughing*

Janet: Whatever, just drive Toni!

Toni: *driving and starts to tease Janet*

Janet: Oh come on now Toni

Toni: *laughing* What?

Janet: Shut the hell up cause ain't shit funny!

Toni: Nope, because I like making you mad *laughing*

Janet: Yeah, Whatever. *rolls eyes*

Toni: *pulls up to address on card* Come on fool we here.

Janet: Thank God! *jumps out of the truck*

Toni: *giggles while getting out of the truck* You're so silly! *walks up to the house*

Janet: I know *follows*

Toni: *knocks on door while smiling*

Janet: He needa hurry up it's cold as hell out here!

Toni: Shut up! *smiles whil he opens the door*

Mr.Gary: Hi Toni, who's your friend *looks over at Janet*

Toni: Oh this is my friend Janet Jackson

Janet: *smiling* Hi I'm Janet nice to meet you.

Mr.Gary: My pleasure beautiful *staring at Janet*
