-Meghan's Pov-
It was Monday morning in kindergarten, I was just drawing with my friend Daniel and Claire, till I hear my favourite teacher say
"There's a new kid coming to school tomorrow his name is Charlie, please everyone be nice to him."
Then my teacher walked out of the room with some girl with black hair.
"Hey Claire do you think that the new kid named Charlie will be cute?" I wondered.
"I don't know Meghan, but I hope he will be friends with us" Claire said with a concentrated look on her face. I was just wondering on how Charlie will look, till my teacher came into the room saying.
"Home time everyone!" All the kids sprung up from their chairs and ran towards the door screaming,
"HOME TIME!!!" My teacher blocked them saying,
"nope since you all ran like that Claire, Daniel and Meghan get to go first," all three of us got up and walked towards the door and looked at the other kids smirking devilishly.
Once I got home, I seen my daddy and mommy hugging so I ran towards them and hugged their legs.
"Oh hey baby, when did you get home?" my daddy asked me while picking me up and started tickling me.
I giggled lightly and said,
"I just got home, the bus dropped me off" my daddy smiled and kissed me on the cheek and put me down.
"Hey kiddo, how was school?," my mommy asked me,
"a new kid named Charlie is coming to my school tomorrow!," I squealed.
"Are you gonna be nice?," said mommy
"Yes I promise mommy" I said while running into the living room. I sat on the ground and started playing with my toys watching nickelodeon. Till my mommy called me, I got up and took my toys with me into the kitchen.
"Come on Meghan were gonna go to the store, then were going to aunties," i just nodded and went into the car.
Once we got to the store I got out and went inside holding my daddy's hand. We got inside and my mom and dad said,
"your only allowed to get one thing ruby," I just nodded and walked down the candy aisle, I seen a little boy who looked the same age as me, he was looking around, I walked towards him and he looked at me,
"hi!" The strange boy said
"Hi" I said
"are you new?" Said the boy
"No I live here" the little boy giggled and said,
"you live in here?" I giggled and said,
"no not really inside here but I live in this town" the little boy nodded and said.
"My name is Charlie and I have to go" Charlie said walking away, I looked at him again and he winked with both eyes.
I giggled and found candy that I liked and walked back to my mommy and daddy.
"That took you a long time" mom said
"Sorry, mommy" I looked down in shame, my mom lifted my head and hugged it.
"don't be like that Meghan "
I look up and smile and say,
"I was just kidding mommy!".
She smiled and cupped my cheeks.
