Lucid dream: an extremely vivid dream, where you are aware that you are dreaming, according to the urban dictionary.

Not many people know what it is, because not everyone knows how to do it, even though sometimes they may start to lucid dream without even thinking about it.

You can train yourself to do reality checks in your dreams to see if you are actually dreaming, to become lucid.

Common reality checks include holding your nose shut, looking at a clock, at something written or at the sky, because, in your dreams, you can still breathe if you hold your nose shut, numbers and letters are disordered commonly and the sky usually appears still or painted.

Once you are aware you are dreaming, you have the power to do whatever you want, like fly, make things appear and disappear at will, or change locations in the blink of an eye...the list is endless.

And this is exactly where things start to get interesting...

I've been able to lucid dream since I was a kid: it's not really the healthiest thing for your brain, due to the fact that you're keeping it active when it should be resting, but since I started, I couldn't stop.

So far I've created 4 generations of characters and I've lost the count of the little worlds I found myself in: it has become my escape from reality, my corner of peace, where all my problems dissolve into nothingness and I'm in control of the situation, so I know everything is always going to be fine in the end.

Since every time I tell one of my dreams to my friends they keep saying that they sound like movie plots and that I sould write them down, I've managed to take a step forward and share what I remember about everything that I've dreamed so far for people to enjoy, hopefully.

Just a small warnig: y'all hold onto your horses, 'cause it's gonna get wild in here!
