The Family

Abbie and Legolas were engaged, and since another attack had come at them from one of their villains, everyone knew that they had to get married soon.

When Addy and Abbie were released from the hospital, they all decided to leave for Mirkwood.

Leggy describes how to get there to Abbie who shadow traveled Addy, Newt, Meg, Andrey, herself, and Legolas.

"Good job my love, we made it." Leggy whispered in her ear when he saw the trees of the forest of his home. He led Abbie up into the trees and Meg, Andrey, Addy, and Newt followed from the ground, Abbie and Leggy dropping sticks or a bunch of leaves to show they were all going the right way.

When they arrived, Thranduil offered a tour and Abbie gladly accepted it.

Thranduil gave the tour, but the entire time he could help but ask himself why Legolas would spend his time with such peasants. He sort of approved of Abbie, because his son chose her, but he still didn't like the fact he was marrying a human.

Thranduil left the group by the three bedrooms he would let them use and went off to direct the setting up of the wedding.

Abbie met all of Leggy's siblings here at the palace (except for Imara), and was kind of overwhelmed at the amount of brothers and sisters he had.

Abbie left back to her room, telling Leggy that she was going to take a nap, but in all reality she wanted to cry.

Abbie's family was all dead, and here Leggy was with so many siblings she had anxiety. Most of what she felt, was loneliness. She missed her family so much. She missed the smiles of her sister, and hugs from her brother.

Abbie silently cried until she did end up taking a nap. She later woke up and went to hang out with Meg.

"Hi sleepyhead." Meg said, but with a closer look she could tell something was wrong.
"What is it Abbie?" She asked softly.

"It's nothing. I'm fine." Abbie shook her head.

"Mhmm." Meg said sarcastically.
"So what is it?"

"I just miss my family, seeing how Leggy has so much family... it reminds me of my own." Abbie says.

Meg says nothing and just hugs Abbie.

"It'll all be okay. Leggy loves you so much, and I can tell that you love him too." Meg says.

"Yeah. I should go sleep tonight, it's a big day tomorrow." Abbie says, going to her room.
