I woke up to the sound
Of a man who's always been
But never been around and he told me
How to change my ways
And stop with the childish games
So I told the man no
I'm never ever going to change
This is who I amMy eyes snapped open as my alarm turned on. I gladly left the song on as I shuffled through my dresser. I finally chose an outfit
and headed downstairs for tea. I saw the To Do list that I had left for myself the night before. I'm very forgetful sometimes, I tend to get lost in my head. I'll even stare off for hours, thinking of various things. I headed over to the microwave with a mug of water and a Earl Grey tea bag and nuked it for a couple of minutes. I sat down and read the list to see if I remembered everything I was supposed to be doing today. I mentally checked them off while going down the list, planning out my day.
Today's To Do List
- Get Dog Food
- Stop By Mrs. Cornell's
-Buy A New Bass
-Get A New Guitar Strap
-Work On Songs/Vocal Exercises
-Get Stuff For Dinner
- Walk The Dogs
I grabbed my Earl Grey from the microwave and poured some sugar into the steaming mug. I slowly sipped on it while thinking about my routine for the day. I realized that after a while my tea was gone and I had lost myself in my thoughts once again. This time it was whether or not the world could run without money. I've been thinking about this one for a while and come to no positive conclusion. All the outcomes are the same: tragedy. I cleaned up and walked over to my puppies. Two huge dogs, a boy and a girl, one a Saarloos Wolfdog and the other a Samoyed.
(Saarloos Wolfdog)
(Samoyed)
