Kabeer's POV
I woke up feeling all dizzy and tired. My eyes were so heavy making it hard to open. "Aunt Sammy he's awake." Fateemah my first daughter said in a quiet voice. "Really fluffy!!" Fluffy? Oof Salma and her nicknames. Slowly I managed to open my eyes but regretted due to to blinding light. "Hubby open your eyes please" my wife's soothing voice said and I managed to open it. "Alhamdullilah I thought you were never gonna open those cute eyes of yours hubby." I just smiled at her and motioned Fateemah to come over. She sat near me and I felt complete though not that complete but it was a great feeling. "Uhm I think I should excuse you guys" Salma said while taking her handbag. I felt like a bad brother I was having fun with my small family that I forgot about my real family. I called her back but she was already gone. I sighed and looked at Fateemah that also looked sad seeing how hurt Salma felt. "Abba I think I'll go meet her" Fateemah my sensible 14 years old daughter said and left the room with only her mum and her baby brother Abdullah.
FATEEMAH'S POV
I felt sad seeing how aunt sammy left the ward feeling awkward so I decided to follow her. After a long walk I spotted her under a tree with her eyes set on a paper and tears rolling down her cheeks. I hate seeing my aunt sammy in tears so I quickly went to her and took her hands in mine but she didn't respond she only stared at the paper with tears in her eyes. "Aunt sammy me ya faru kike kuka (what happened that you are crying) please tell me" I pleaded while shaking her but she didn't talk. I started feeling scared so I stood up to call for help but she held my hands and kept shaking her head sideways continuously "she ....iiiss..al..ive shhee..is ali...." I couldn't understand anything so I collected the paper and read the contents. The moment I finished my hands were shaking badly. "Aunt Lee is back!!"SALMA'S POV
